We have a new baby coming in a few weeks and we wanted to make sure the carpets were prepped for his arrival! While I was given a pretty wide arrival time, the company made it right and sent over Chris to get the job done. Due to a last minute change, Chris was already off his shift, but packed up the truck to race over in time to fill in for the other technician and was able to finish everything. Chris knew his stuff, and you could see an immediate difference in the rooms he completed. We will be using these guys in the future, and telling all of our friends and family. Great job!

I will deferentially use alone Star again. They were quick to my call, answered all of my questions, came to restore my carpet same day, and were very prompt and professional. John Rackley was very polite and quick with his work. He even gave us tips on how to take care of our carpet better. About three weeks ago they came and restored my carpet that my cat had lifted and they fixed it like new! Thank you so much!

I was referred to get service done through this company by a relative and purchased their deal on Groupon. I was very pleased with how nice and clean the carpets came out. The tech Albert showed up on time, very professional, and knowledgeable! I couldn't be happier with the price, results, and how clean the air smells now. Lone Star carpet did an amazing job on cleaning and repairing carpet in my home, after having renter's in my home with significant damage. Originally, I contacted them for tile and grout cleaning. After that first service, I felt confident in their services and quality. Then I contacted them for additional work on my carpet. Sections of it had significant damage, beyond repair; however Paul came in and assessed the situation. And he provided a creative and cost-savings solution that went above and beyond what I ever expected. I highly recommend using this company.

Had carpet services done by Lonestar Carpet Care and received great results. Carpet Technician Theo was very informative and provided information on the services they provide and options, he made recommendations that I would of not have known to ask about. Professional carpet cleaning definitely beats using a home carpet cleaner, better results and saves on time!! Definitely will be using them in the future and highly recommend them. I had a small tear in my carpet I needed repaired. I called Lone Star Carpet Care and Restoration. I scheduled an appointment and was told the tech would call the day of to let me know when he would be at my home. Om the day of my appointment I did received a called as promised. The tech came at the appointment time. John Rackley came to do the job. John did a great job. Was very pleasant and professional. Gave me some pointers on keeping my carpet looking nice. I was very impressed with the company and John. Before John left I scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning for the following week. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service! John did a fantastic job communicating with me regarding my appointment and was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I had the best experience with my technician. He really listened to my concerns. I had pretty bad carpet stains that were left from our lovely renters. He did an amazing job "restoring" it back to life and the best thing he didn't over charge like some companies. He only charged went needed to be done! Would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a life saving carpet cleaner!

If I could give more stars I would.... Paul W owns an exceptional company. Paul and Chris C are phenomenal at their job. I found them last minute with an emergent need for carpet repair and deep cleaning. Paul made sure to fit me in ASAP as well as a last minute cleaning same day that went well beyond my expectations. I'm very very impressed by their service, their manner, professionalism, flexibility, and their passion for their work. For any future needs, they're my only go to. Thank y'all so much!!!

I called Lone Star for an appointment. The line was busy but then the owner called me right back personally and was very courteous and straight-forward with services and pricing offers. They had very reasonable lead time for an appointment and they worked around my schedule. Service Tech Darren called me in advance to let me know when he was on his way. It was within my appointment window as scheduled. Darren arrived and was very courteous and professional. He gave me a quick and fair quote after inspecting the condition of my flooring. He made sure I was comfortable with the quoted price before getting started. He was respectful of my home throughout the job. I would definitely recommend Lonestar and you should ask for Darren if he's available. I have not been paid to post this review

My experience with lone star was excellent. I needed someone to come for a move out carpet cleaning. We were helped by John, who was extremely respectful and efficient. He showed up early, on short notice, and took the time to fix mistakes made by the previous person who cleaned the carpet before we moved in and made note of the issues on his paperwork for us to turn in to the property management. If I need a carpet cleaning service or my car scotch guarded I will definitely use his service and recommend lone star to others as well.

I can't begin to describe how much I love Lone Star Carpet Cares hard work and dedication. John has been our service technician for a total of 3-4 times and has done a fantastic job every time and has been amazingly courteous each and time he comes. This past time I called the night before and they had someone out the very next day. Quick turn around. He also had the job done perfectly in a timely manner and we can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate his hard work!

Lone Star Carpet Care and Restoration just finished cleaning my carpets and I can't say enough good things about their service and my technician Chris C. He was very professional and considerate. He worked hard to get my carpet clean for company I am having this weekend. I was able to book them for same day service which was wonderful!! I called Lone Star Carpet Care & Restoration because my cat tore up my carpet in several doorways of my home. (Before I knew about this company, I had contacted another company that never showed up and didn't even call to let me know they would not be there) So, when I called Lone Star, we set up an appointment and they showed up at the time they said they would be there AND they did an AWESOME JOB repairing my carpet! It looks great!!! I plan on using them again to clean my carpets because they did such an amazing job on the repairs and were very professional! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lone Star Carpet Care & Restoration to anyone looking to get their carpet fixed and/or cleaned. Paul was the person that came out and I am very happy with the end results!! I Bought a new home and found out, last minute, that I Needed the carpet in the house I was renting cleaned before I moved out. I called Paul. Not only was he able to squeeze me in on such short notice, but the rooms looked like new! He was able to get stains out that were there prior to us moving in! Absolutely great work and would recommend his services to everyone! His pricing was great as well! Thank you Paul for everything!

We have used Lone Star Carpet Care & Restoration several times now. Each time we have been blessed to have John Rackley come out to clean our carpets. John always calls the morning of our appointment, letting us know the time frame he is expecting to be at our home. He also calls again when he is on his way, which is greatly appreciated. John is very kind and his knowledge of carpet care is very helpful to ensuring our carpets continue to stay clean long after he leaves. John works very quickly and yet his cleaning service is very thorough. He does his job with excellence and goes above and beyond to ensure our carpets look amazing! We highly recommend him!

We had them come out to look at a carpet repair after our dog pulled up a corner of the carpet & destroyed the padding underneath. They immediately asked for pictures when we initially contacted them and gave us an estimate. They came out within a couple of days and did an absolutely fantastic job! Our dog didn’t maul the actual carpet too bad, so the repair was pretty quick. Super great service if you’re in an apartment or need repairs without wanting to replace the carpet in the whole room for a smaller hole or re-stretching. I would definitely recommend going to this family owned business for your carpet needs!

They have done an awesome job with steam cleaning my carpets in the past and they repaired my carpet where my dogs had torn it up. The repaired spots look like nothing ever happened, and has held up beautifully 2 years later. I just had them come out and repair another spot since we're getting ready to move, and it looks great. John was on time, very professional and works quickly. Will definitely be sticking with this company.

Paul and Lone Star Carpet provide absolutely phenomenal service! Paul is both highly skilled at his craft and an excellent communicator. He is also very personable and a pleasure to work with. The work provided by Lone Star was excellent on every level, but there were several subtle things what made a significant difference; Paul personally took the time to answer any number of questions I had about the work he performed but he also went above and beyond by advising on other home repair projects I had, that had nothing to do with his carpet care service, these included him taking pictures of supplies at Home Depot and emailing them to me! Paul and Lone Star are exceptional and I could not give them a higher recommendation! Thank you Paul!

Paul and his team at Lonestar are great! I initially had an issue with the carpet cleaning and had to have them come back. Paul sent someone over to look at it the next day and have someone to rectify the situation immediately. The work was done timely and at a fair price. It is good to see a small business care so much about the customer. I greatly appreciate the time and attention Paul and his team gave to my home. I had a wonderful experience with Lone Star and would would definitely recommend!

Paul was very thorough and it's so nice to see someone enjoy his work, do the job to perfection and still be personable. I had 2 terrible places in a bedroom carpet where my son's dog had chewed 2 very large holes and Paul fixed them to just perfection.I will definitely call again if I have any future problems . I am even excited to see how well his company cleans my carpets tomorrow as I'm sure it'll be exceptional also. Being able to get me in as quickly as he did so that my home would be ready for guests was just another reason this company moves to the top of my list. Thank you for a job very well done!
