Stephanie and Jason are awesome! We had them upgrade our system panel and do a few other repairs. Always responsive and know what they are doing. Great to work with. Will always call on them for pool related service. Highly recommend!

After 3 other pool companies were not able to figure out the problem I was having with my pool, Jason from Pooltastic was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. He also noticed the spa light was out, found out that it was under warranty, got the bulb, and he and Stephanie came out to replace it. This is the pool service you want to work on your pool equipment. Highly recommend! Will be calling Jason and Stephanie for all my pool needs!

If you are looking for a very qualified, professional pool service company this is the one you need to go with. If you factor in your time and the cost of the chemicals their service is well worth the cost. They always do a top notch job and take professionalism to a whole new level. We have a fairly technical setup and from the beginning Jason with Pooltastic really was the only guy who had unwavering confidence in what he was doing. Very reliable with exceptional communication too.

Stephanie is the sweetest person you could ever speak to on the phone, and even more amazing in person!! Jason, Mark and Eric are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! If there’s a problem, they all work together to make sure it’s fixed ASAP!! They go above and beyond to make sure there are no gas leaks, which they’ve caught a few at our house, and quickly had it resolved!! Eric emails us a weekly report with the status of our pool, and any problems we need to be aware of. Pooltastic offers great service! They provide detailed reports each time they do pool service. They are prompt, thorough and take excellent care of my pool. Wow! The Pooltastic company has great people to working such as Jason, Stephanie and Mark that have been with me through the entire process. You guys form a great team together and I am looking forward to using all of the pool products that were installed and worked on January 2020. Pooltastic is by far the best all around Pool servicing company! We love to see Mark every week come and diligently take care of our pool with great detail and pride in his work. Stephanie provides absolute best customer service and Jason is highly skilled and expert in the business. As new pool owners we tried several other companies with horrible service. I called Pooltastic with a problem. They did not answer and I left a message. A few hours past and I figured I'd call someone else. However, Stephanie texted me and asked me about my problem. I described what was happening and she walked me through some possible solutions. She was so kind and professional. I even asked her for a bill because she saved me money. She would not accept it. I will never call another pool repair company ever again. It's Pooltastic for me!

1st go with Pooltastic and the experience was FANTASTIC. A couple of our LED lights burned out and they requested pics of the lights, which we sent. Pooltastic put us on the schedule and Stephanie followed up via text when they were arriving. Her communication with us was on target and on time and showed up to replace the lights. They are a professional, thorough and well prepared team that I will call for any and all repairs on our pool in the future. This is one of those companies you put on speed dial in your phone whenever you need pool service. Highly recommend!

Stephanie and Jason are the best duo when it comes to taking care of pools for customers. I have used them more than once, and they exceed my expectations every time. After I bought his house with a pool, the 1st issue years ago was pool equipment got damaged during winter freeze. No industry parts were available to fix the equipment, but Jason was able to repair. 2nd time pool cleaner pump went out and they were out to replace. Now, the pool light went out just before the 4th July and they were able to get out here on their busy schedule to get me squared away. I am forever grateful for Stephanie and Jason. If you need your pool fixed, maintenance, or even advice, Pooltastic is the company you should use.

After the recent storms our pump quit working. We called pinch a penny and they told us we needed to replace the entire pump. Pooltastic came out and noticed it was simply a wiring issue! Saved us thousands of dollars! Jason and Stephanie are AMAZING!

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! Our pool was in rough shape when I reached out to Blue Science for an estimate. A technician got back to me right away with a fair price for filter replacement, cleaning, and ongoing monthly maintenance. The worker was professional, polite, and easy to communicate with. In just a few days, our pool looked and worked better than ever before. I only wish we had found them sooner!

Mr. Darian Unger always provides excellent weekly pool service and is very efficient and thorough . We are very happy for his wonderful job.

Looking for a pool service/contractor that over-promises and under-delivers at every opportunity? Blue science is the answer.

Construction work: told work would take 2 weeks, took 3 months. Have to contact manager every few days because you were told somebody was coming out that day, but nobody ever showed up. Then they act like you are inconveniencing them to come do the work you already paid them for. Sub-contractors doing sub-par work are used whenever possible.

Pool service: Decent, but my pool went green multiple times while paying for weekly service. Routinely made up excuses for why this happened, while taking several weeks and calls to managers to get it corrected. Then when you try to cancel service, they literally refuse until you speak with their manager so they can try to talk you out of it.

TLDR: Do not use this company for pool service or construction!

Mikeal has been my tech for about 2 years. He is always on time, he always texts me 5-10 minutes before he gets there, and he always does an awesome job. I've had other pool companies in the past, but this one is by far the best. I never have to worry about my pool, it's just always clean. Fantastic company, especially because of Mikeal.
