My pool was a sight for sore eyes because of how dirty it was but after the pool cleaning the guys did we can finally swim again! I recommend them to anyone needing some pool cleaning done for the summer before it’s too late

George was on time and I was impressed by his professionalism. When arrived when he said he would and did his job. It was clear he knew what he was doing and only asked me a few questions before getting right to work. I checked my pool after and it looked almost brand new. He really gave me the whole ball of wax.

These guys Rock! Responded to a major issue days faster than others could. Back office was on top of it so pool tech had everything needed to make repairs. Just a first class operation all around. I will not use anyone else from now on.

Called this place in December to inquire about installing a heater into an existing pool. Was told to send photos via phone which I did the same day. Got a response sayings pictures are great.. will speak with technician and get back to you. One month later, I follow up to see if there was any conclusion about it. Response: "We have all been hit with the coronavirus and have been out." That was it. No apology that the ball was dropped or offer to check into it. I understand COVID slows things down, but it's not an excuse to not follow up with someone for an entire month. Bad customer service.

Jason knows all there is to know about pool service and repair. He's always professional, timely, and he explains issues in layman's language. I have referred Pooltastic to my neighbors in the past and will continue to do so with no hesitation.

Pooltastic customer service is at the GOLD STANDARD of service. The showed up at the time stated. Explained what was to be done, gave a good estimate (the actual cost was a little less), completed repairs accurately and kept telling me to call if I have any questions or concerns.
