We recently had a beautiful 31-foot in-ground fiberglass pool installed in our San Antonio backyard, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Even though we had a tight schedule and a lot of paperwork to handle—including coordinating with the Homeowners Association and organizing multiple vendors—Howard took charge and made sure everything came together smoothly. We’re really enjoying our updated pool! The team resurfaced our pool, put in new tile, added a beautiful mosaic sea turtle, installed a pool rail, and turned an old outflow pipe into a new inflow vacuum pipe. When we first filled the pool, we noticed some bubbles in the system, but they responded quickly and fixed it right away. Now everything is running perfectly. the pool cleaning service has been fantastic, and the arbor looks great too. the team finished our pool last summer and everything turned out really nice. at first, we had an issue with the pool vacuum getting tangled around the stools and table in the water. when we mentioned this to the crew, christopher came by and showed us pictures of a similar setup that worked fine. he suggested a few solutions, like adjusting the vacuum hose length and checking the placement of the pool furniture. after talking with christopher and brent, they made sure the vacuum worked better and that the deep end was still getting cleaned properly. i was impressed by how quickly they responded and handled everything, making sure our pool stayed crystal clear even in the texas heat. the customer service was great and they always got back to us when we had questions during the whole process. really appreciate their help and attention to detail.

First of all I would like to be very clear the only reason I am with blue science is because of the service I get from Adrian Rebollar. I have had multiple people come out but Adrian by far is a cut above and takes his time addressing my concerns and is very professional.

We hired Blue Science for a full pool renovation, including removing and replacing the decking, stabilizing the surrounding soil, updating the coping, installing new edge tiles, and putting in a fresh WetEdge pool interior. At the same time, other crews were working on our concrete retaining wall and adding flagstone to the patio, plus we were installing landscape lighting and redoing the sprinkler system. Even though we started during a particularly rainy spring, Maxwell, the project manager, kept us informed every step of the way. We've had one pool service company for 3 years, Blue Science. Not just because of the company, not just because of the value, but because of Mikeal Faber-Smith. Mikeal is the utmost professional. From notifications that he's 10 minutes out from our house so we can corral our dogs, to polite and meaning conversations about family and general happenings, to making sure our 37,000 gallon pool is always in working order and the water is ready to jump into - Mikeal has been nothing short of incredible. Our pool is pretty large, and the service we get from Mikeal and Blue Science is always - I MEAN ALWAYS - top notch. If there's ever been a pool issue (I can only recall two...algae and a filter problem) - the response is immediate and effective.

As we prep to build a new house and a new pool - you bet your bottom / last dollar that we will have Blue Science as our pool service company and a personal request for Mikeal to be our service tech, if we're not able to have Mikeal, I will find another pool service company.
