Nathan, who provided the estimate, and the installation team were all responsive, friendly, and informative during our gutter installation project. They answered any questions we had along the way. And the gutters look great–Nathan suggested the perfect neutral color for the house.

After attending the SA Home and Garden show, we had HomeCraft come out for a free inspection of our gutters. After meeting with Jim, we decided to take advantage of the great deal to have the system installed in our existing gutters. Meeting with Jim was like hanging out with a neighbor. Honest no nonsense guy. The crew actually came out the next day. From the young lady manning the booth, to Jim, Leo and the crew, we came away very satisfied with our experience with HomeCraft.

Chris Brehm gave us a presentation on gutter and leaf prevention for our home. He was super polite and very knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of reasons why we need to protect our home and we appreciate his expertise. Home Craft Gutter’s seems to have a great product!

They are great for new sales & installation. Fast, good price, good work, etc... (I'd have rated them a 5 if that's all I needed). However, good luck if you ever want to get your gutters serviced. I've been trying since June (now it's October) to get a repair & change a couple downspouts. I've talked to Catherine, Emma, Leo, Michelle, Morgan, Tammy, and others (losing track now; I'm up to 10 different phone numbers now). I've left messages at the Service Number. They keep wanting to sale me more stuff, but pass me off when they find out it's a Service Call: "Oh, I don't have access to the Service Calendar".

Joseph Garza came to my home for a quote. He was on time, very professional, and made sure I understood all my options. I’m still getting bids but am definitely leaning to choosing this company based on my interaction with him.

Steve Theis was great, he did a great job at showing us the product and describing the pros and cons of their gutters vs. competitors. The product having a lifetime warranty is great and they do sometimes have incentives. We were able to book our install quickly. This will definitely help redirect the water to help protect our foundation.

Morgan Jackson, the regional manager, arrived earlier than scheduled and got me squared away! Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and prompt response. They were able to get the job done the next day after the first call and I’m blown away with the professionalism I was provided. I highly recommend Home Craft Gutters to anyone who has built a new home recently or looking to upgrade their current home.

Our new gutter was recently installed and from what I can tell the material and installation are excellent. Joseph Garza visited us, explained the process, and provided a competitive quote. In a few days Leo and his team completed the project timely. Leo even returned a few days later to make some adjustments.

Nathan Benjamin is an absolute wonderful professional! He gave me an estimate and demonstrated products. Talking to him was like talking to a friend. He walked me around the property explaining what I needed. When I told him I needed more time to get an estimate from another company. There was no pressure. We scheduled a callback. After 2 additional estimates I decided to call homecraft. When the technician did not arrive on time, I called Nate, and he got right on it. A few minutes after the call, the technician called. When the guards were forgotten, I called Nate, a few minutes later I got a call from the technician. When Nathan says he will take care of you, trust him, he will. I will use this company again. I do recommend to go with Homecraft. The prices were reasonable and competitive. Nathan is top notch.
8-02-25...update. I needed a consult on the gutters being damaged from previous storms. I was having my roof replaced. I reached out to this company for the consult on the gutters they installed, and I was not able to get a hold of anyone. I called the number I recieved from Benjamin (probably doesn't work for them anymore), called the customer service number as well. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. I wasn't even able to leave a message. I just had the contractor completing the work on the roof to replace the damaged gutters. The gutters this company installed is under warranty. What good is a warranty if you cannot contact the company. For that I took away 2 stars. Customer service and communication are highly important.
