Morgan Jackson came to my house on time, showed me the product, took measurements and provided an estimate that was fair and reasonable. Morgan was professional and did not waste my time with a 2 to 3 hour presentation. A high quality product that practically sells itself.

Dakota scheduled our appointment for the next day to have our gutters and downspouts cleaned and fitted with the Homecraft Gutter Protection System, and the work was completed in less than 4 hours for approximately 325 feet of gutters on a two story home.
Now we do not have to worry about my annual ladder-dance with death cleaning out gutters each Spring, and enjoy the added resale value that comes with this stylish upgrade. We highly recommend Homecraft over other brands as the quality and design are superior to their competitors.

Pros: Was able to get someone out pretty quickly. Person providing estimate was friendly.

Cons: Estimate was high compared to other services for rehanging / redoing gutters. They send out a subcontractor so you might as well find a contractor in the area yourself and save some money. The biggest negative was when the subcontractor came out and said they couldn't do the job as quoted, I was unable to cancel over the phone and they directed me to send a letter to some PO box / office for processing. After re-reading the estimate signed they have a provision that says something like "You must cancel within 3 days or will pay a percentage of the overall quote to cancel"

Long story short rather than making the process easy their contract made it complicated to cancel. They also sent someone to my house after I attempted to cancel to pressure me into reworking the quote.

Valia was a pleasure to work with and offered a lot of knowledge and direction with regards to our gutter needs. I feel like we got a great value on a quality product. 5 star service for sure!

Replaced gutters and added gutter protection. Professional and very willing to work with home owner. Valia was the marketing manager for the job and was highly accommodating and very knowledgeable. Product is superior quality and will save me from having to do regular maintenance on the gutters.

That day Morgan Jackson came out and did a complete survey and inspection of the home. Sat and explained in full detail all the company's details and warranty backing. The product basically sells it's self notvto mention it's all made in the U S.A.
The work was set to begin the very next day.
The installation crew were very professional and easy to approach for any question and they explained in detail very thing they were doing.
Thus is a great company and product which they back 100%

We purchased HomeCraft's proprietary gutter guards and they were adamant about installing before our next predicted rainfall. They came the next day! It took about an hour to install and everyone was very professional, making sure to explain everything that was done. When the rain did come, we could immediately tell the difference the guards made. Chris took really good care of us - you could tell he is very passionate about what he does and that this is more than just a job for him. This investment puts our minds at ease. One less thing to worry about in the homeownership adventure!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but Morgan came out (on time) and gave me a quote with an in-depth explanation of the gutter system that was appropriate for my house. I got a fair price and the gutters were installed the next day. Seamless process.
