Joshua did my Solar Panels cleaned him when I had my roof replaced. He did a great job. He spent the whole day here doing it cleaning everyone each panel and restocking them and covering them up after they was finished he did a great job considering having him do my windows next, just haven’t got around to it yet. I would highly recommend him. He’s a very professional and hard-working young man and does pay attention to what he’s doing attention to detail is a big thing with him as well as the way he worked again recommending to anyone.

Josh Guerrero, the owner of Grizzly Solutions, did a great job cleaning off three years of built-up dirt and mold from my driveway, sidewalk, front porch, and the front porch's brick pillar and brick wall. Josh was also able to clean off my front window sill and the brick wall underneath it. During the scrubbing process you can quickly tell on how clean the surface was getting, which showed a vibrant contrast from before. The pressure washing made a huge difference and gave my house that brand new house look just like when I first bought my house.
I even hired Josh again to pressure wash my parent's driveway, sidewalk, front and back porch, which was a tough job for any pressure washing service, because of the oak tree acorns that left wide deep stains into the concrete. To make sure he correctly got the job done, Josh came out the next day to do a second cleaning to make sure he could get as much of the stains out as he possibly was able to. This to me showed the hard effort he puts into his company and dedication he has for his customers.
From start to finish, Josh always conducted himself in a professional manner, with a polite and friendly attitude. Josh is always honest about what he can do with each job that's presented to him, and he provided an excellent service at a good fair price as compared to other pressure washing service companies. Jon came out and tackled this issue i been having. I tried removing calcium myself but doing these sort of projects is hard unless you really know what you're doing because brick is porous so it's not like dealing with a regular surface. Also a fence company painted on my house brick :(. They were able to remove all of it.

It was alot of work and I'm impressed with the result. They're very polite and heavy in the customer service area. I'll be calling you guys in a few months when I'm ready for the next project. Thanks for getting rid of my issues.

I had these deep black ugly tread marks from a flat tire I got. I didn't notice it until the next morning and it was all the way from my driveway to the sidewalk and to the street. I found Grizzly Solutions by doing a search and read the reviews and took a chance.

I got a visit and quote the same day, and Josh was at my house the next morning on the job. I could see him on the security cameras working hard while I was out. He did an amazing job and the marks are gone. No driveway will ever be perfectly clean as long as we drive back and forth on it, but mine was and I didn't even want to drive on it to be honest. If I could pick up my car and carry it in the driveway I would.

I also like that he cleaned the sidewalk where my tire had made tread marks and partially on the road. All those tracks were leading back to me. This house is 1 year old and that mark was not looking good in a newly constructed neighborhood.

I will definitely use his services in the future to keep up the appearance of the home.

Payment was also very easy and Josh was friendly, professional and didn't try to upsell me.

We were so impressed by the professionalism and the work done by Grizzly Solutions. We had extreme tire marks on our curbs that we thought would never come out. Grizzly got them out! Our curbs are like new!
