Josh was awesome, he understood our concern and made sure to pressure wash without taking too much of the paint off the house.

Our house got egged on Monday early morning, we called Grizzly and Josh came by in the afternoon to give us a quote. We decided to have the whole house pressure washed. It was still cold from the cold front so Thursday he came by to pressure wash the egged portion and the whole home. You can't even tell it was egged and Josh also cleaned the mold on the side of the front door.

We are very satisfied with the result and recommend Grizzly Cleaning Solutions.

Gone after she gots what she wants

My family hired Dezzy to do a cleaning of our house. The first warning sign was the late arrival. We should’ve backed out at that point… she eventually shows up and requests a walk-through of the house along with a list of services that needed to be completed. We later realized, none of those services would be completed. We spent the day cleaning outside/our garage instead of babysitting Dezzy, as we apparently were supposed to if we actually wanted her to clean anything. Instead, Dezzy spent four hours pouring powder all over the carpet, which led to it being all over our furniture, and never properly cleaning it up. In this time, she was on the phone complaining about her job rather than actually doing her job. We bought her lunch and provided her with supplies she should’ve brought herself, such as a step ladder. She still used the excuse that she couldn’t reach the top of our fridge after having held a ladder all day. Absolutely ridiculous.
Eventually, we requested a refund after seeing it was the worst cleaning any of us have ever seen. She made our house dirtier than when she started. We were promised a refund and, after a load of lies from Dezzy, she took it away and said “she can’t give us a refund”. This was after she admitted to not cleaning parts of the house she promised to clean. The entire process ended with a threat from her after we told her we were going to report her to the BBB. There was also food left on our beds from her reusing rags from the floors to the bathrooms and keeping them on her as she made our bed. It’s seemingly apparent she dropped those rags at some point and left the crumbs on our sheets. Absolutely disgusting.

Just a few days before Move-in, I uncovered some serious nastiness when I moved the stove forward. Eww! It was so disgusting I almost barfed and I didn't have the time for it either! So, I reached out to Cleaning Dezzy through Yelp Quotes. She was already booked for the rest of the week but after sharing my timeline before move-in day, she re-arranged her schedule to help out.

Desiree and her daughter did a great job attacking the gunk behind the stove until it was non-existent and cleaned the rest of the house getting it ready for move-in. She was extremely responsive during the whole process and said if I found anything she missed, she would be happy to come back; for these reasons, she gets 5 glowing stars from me.

Update!!! Still no money has been returned, and I’m sure she’s still continuing to steal from other people!!!!!! Please do not use Dezzy to clean your home. She is not what you expect. She is a scam artist who steals from hard working people. I guess it was my fault for trusting her, but I paid her in advance for a cleaning and she never showed up, blocked my phone #, i had to call from different phone #s to beg her to give me MY money back!! She refused to give me my money back. And has been ignoring every attempt I’ve made to contact her. My next step is the BBB and the police. I would hate to have this go to civil court, when it can be resolved for much cheaper outside of court. But at this point it’s upsetting! PLEASE DO NOT USE HER SERVICE!!

Huge scam artist. “Dezzy” committed to a typical clean as I walked her through the house - baseboards, fans, window sills, blinds, counters, etc.

After payment and buying her lunch, we found that she did not actually clean the fans, the fridge (as she charged us additional for), the kitchen counters under the appliances, the bathroom floors, etc. Essentially, the house was dirtier than it was when she cleaned it.

No worries, we called and she said she would turn right back around and re-clean it! An hour later, we called and she said she would come right after multiple job site visits. We tell her to come back and give us a partial refund. After a lot of back and forth and lying, she finally admits she didn’t do the job she was paid for and says she’ll give us our “damn refund”. Another hour later we call and ask her where she is. She tells us she’s home... oh wait... at another job site. We ask her exactly what time she’ll be over, she says 9-9:30. Keep in mind she said she turned right around at 7...

30 minutes later (8:30) she says her employer said she doesn’t have to give us any money since she did her job. As we call her, she says that she didn’t do everything but her employer said she doesn’t have to give us any cash back. We ask her who her employer is. She says TaskRabbit... we didn’t hire her through TaskRabbit. When we said we were recording all conversations and we were reporting her to the police and the Better Business Bureau, she said she was going to “come back over there” if we keep threatening her.

Stay FAR away!!!

Honestly did not expect to be this impressed lol. Had a ton of junk piling up in my garage for years and finally decided to do something about it. Called Joel and from the jump it was easy , clear pricing, no runaround, showed up when he said he would.
He knocked it out fast and actually cleaned up after himself which I wasn't expecting. No hidden charges when it was all done either, which sadly isn't always the case.
Defenitely recommending to anyone who needs a cleanout. Will 100% be calling him again.

So my mom finally decided to clear out her basement after like 15 years of stuff accumulating lol. We didn't even know where to start so we called Joel and honestly it was the best decision. He came out, looked at everything, gave us a price on the spot — no weirdness, no "I'll get back to you."

Showed up the next day and just.. handled it. My mom was worried he wouldn't take certain things but he was super accomodating. Left the place spotless too which she was NOT expecting.

Price was more then fair for the amount of work involved. Genuinely a good dude, you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Highly recomend!!
