We can’t thank Master’s Touch enough for the awesome service. Their tech Jonathan was punctual, efficient, and knowledge. He also gave our family tips on do’s and don’ts for the upkeep of our carpet. Due to us having pets and teen boys we know we will be using their services again.
Also, I love that they hire military veterans and offer a military discount.

Scheduled service practically next day. Very reasonably priced. The tech, Tony was here on time and he was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and breathed life back into our dusty, dingy chairs. We are quite pleased and have discussed making another appointment to have them do more chairs. It's amazing what a good cleaning did to brighten up these chairs and they smell great. For less than the cost of one new chair we got six upholstered chairs and one couchshampoo, steam cleaned and deodarized. Thanks Julia and Tony.

It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment online. Tony was great! I told him I had my dogs in the backyard and he was kind enough to finish the job quickly so they didn’t have to stay out in the heat for too long😊 Even though the job was quick, he still did an amazing job and got the pet stains out. I I was looking for someone to wash the carpets in my three bedroom home and came across Falcon Carpet care. I have to say I’m glad I did. They did an amazing job. These sofas looks crazy clean compared to the before photo. After having them close to 14-15 years I was really ready to get rid of them but decided to try and clean them since they have never been clean before. With dirt, animals and humidity they just felt disgusting but they look, feel and SMELL amazing now. Even my carpet looks amazing. Glad I went this route and would totally give Falcon carpet cleaning a try if you are on the fence. They responded quickly online to providing an estimate and we scheduled within 48 hours. Most importantly to me: they were on time at their quoted arrival time! Thank you Falcon!!!!

Just had my king mattress cleaning. The company had great communication throughout the whole process. Staff were very professional. The mattress had very dark stains that I was not able to remove with products found at the store. The stains were almost totally removed with slight pale discoloration still but looks 1000x better than it did before. The price of the services is very reasonable for the work that is being done. Would recommend to anyone and will be using in the future

Just got my sectional sofa and 2 sofas cleaned by Falcon carpet care, very strong communication between staff on time arrival. Courtney call 30 minutes before arrival. Best part professional attire and well mannered, 2 of the sofas are RH brand and they did a absolute job. Price was very appreciated 👍 I will be using Falcon to do my carpets and steam my dinning chairs. Stop looking this is the real deal don't waste your time researching other companies.
