I'm not using any other company after the great work that was done today on my tile & grout! Sam was professional & took time to explain the process & include some tips to make the sealant last longer. I booked yesterday & I was scheduled first thing today.

Great job done by Falcon Carpet Care on my sofa and loveseat. They are clean and fresh smelling now (we have dogs). Got the job done quickly but not rushed. Will definitely use again and hopefully soon for my stairs and upstairs carpet.

Joe from Falcon repaired my carpet and he was super friendly and efficient! They were able to get it knocked out the same day I contacted them for lower than other places I got quoted with. Fabulous job!

Made my couches look brand new again! I had minor stains on the cushions, and Sergio was able to remove them all! My rug also had some stains that were removed. Overall pleased with the service provided.

Falcon Carpet Care is the epitome of superb service with impeccable results. The owner is adamant about rendering top notch carpet cleaning as Mr Joe the technician is very detail oriented. He left my bedroom carpets, stairs, loft and rug looking and smelling amazing. My puppy had been peeing on my living room rug; I knew it was going to be challenging and it would required extra attention. It wasn’t a problem for Joe. I was considering throwing the rug away, but Joe left it looking and smelling amazing. My home feels so much better and the rates are extremely reasonable especially for what they tended to. Based on this experience, Falcon Carpet Care has earned a loyal customer.

Had him clean the back seat of one of my older vehicles due to a water spill, and I was very impressed by the way it looked. Hands down he is by far the BEST in this carpet industry. Joe came out and cleaned the carpets in my 4 bedrooms, sectional couch, and area rug for a really great deal!! He was also very thorough and efficient with his service, so much so, that it has now made me want to get my carpets professionally cleaned more regularly…. I have animals so you can understand why lol, but I will definitely be hiring this company again for future services!!!

Joe was great cleaning our carpets, some areas were dirty due to the kids playing and esting on the media room. He was able to get all the stains out the house smells great , also he cleaned the ceramic floors and grout, they look awesome so many years wanting to get them clean, great add on at good price. We are getting the house ready for renters I saw their address on Facebook. I decided to take a chance and I don’t regret it. Joe and David did a great job with everything from communication, professionalism, and timing.
I got 3 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, and stairs deep cleaned with deodorizer and sanitizer. Took them 2 hours and clean up was quick.
I will be going back for future services.
