My experience with this company was not a good one. When Joe finished my floors, they looked like I took a mop over them. They looked dull, no shine. I asked Joe did they use buffets. His reply only if there is wax on the floors. My grout looks like it was spot cleaned. I was asked how long I had been in the house. 23 yrs. Joe said that was a long time. Spoke with Mgr he used that excuse also. I have only had tile down for ten years. Light traffic..BEWARE!!

I used Falcon 2 years ago and had them service my carpet again today. I am always satisfied with their work. Excellent work and my house smells so good now. No more doggy smell. I wish I took pics. Of the carpet before, but sending pics. Of the finished work. Thank you for the great service. 👍

They did a great job, it was our first time using their services and they were very thorough but also worked quickly which I liked, having kids at home and all. They got the stains I was worried about out. They were also very upfront about pricing which I appreciated!

Awesome.. Sergio and Jorge were great! Submitted an inquiry about the special. Fast response ! What great timing - could see me the same day! Quotes didn’t change. Charged me exactly what they said they would. Came in & immediately got to work. Super embarrassed to see what came out of the rug but glad it was being cleaned! (Tried another “well known” company in the past & was so displeased!) WILL DEFINITELY be calling Falcon Carpet back. Just earned a repeat customer! Personable, honest, detailed.. Recommend 100%.

Falcon carpet care stands a part from the rest here in San Antonio! We'd collected several different quotes from competitors around the city to have our area rug professionally cleaned, Falcon was very fairly priced and so quick to respond to messages. They did a wonderful job with the rug, it smells wonderful and is as soft as the day we originally bought it. Pickup & delivery were incredibly efficient, I particularly love that not only do they give you a time window, but always call beforehand so you can anticipate when they'll be en route. Can't recommend enough, and will absolutely be a repeat customer!

I had never sealed my grout 😖BIG MISTAKE! My grout was filthy. I recently used Falcones Carpet Care for grout cleaning and sealing. After having a tech come out and clean it, I noticed my grout needed another round of TLC. Sergio, the owner, went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. He returned personally to thoroughly touch up the job, and now my grout looks fantastic. Sergio was very communicative throughout the process, allowed me to inspect everything before sealing, and even included a complimentary carpet cleaning in the master bedroom for the trouble. Terrific service! Easy communication. We simply left our carpet on the front porch for pick-up. We hadn't had our rug cleaned in years and it looked amazing upon return! Every stain was gone, even the ones left behind by our cats. Carpet looks good as new! We will definitely be using Falcon for all future cleanings.
