My technician, Tony, was very thorough and detailed, and got my cream white couches basically looking brand new! And we have 4 dogs so this was seriously a game changer! Highly highly recommend!

My carpets were very dirty and stinky from three crazy dogs! Mr. Tony Salazar worked his magic on them, and all the spots are gone and they look and smell fantastic! I had tried doing this myself to no avail. And now they look brand new.
And Tony was so courteous and efficient!
This is the second time Master's Touch has cleaned the carpets in the last few years and I highly recommend them! They are awesome! (Scheduling was easy also)

I first used Master’s Touch for an emergency situation (dog sprayed by a skunk and rubbed herself on the carpet!). They came out immediately and shampooed my whole house. Tony is so polite and joyful in his work. He goes above and beyond! I appreciate the great service and exceptional staff at Master’s Touch! They offer outstanding customer service! I’ll never use anyone else.

Great attitude and results from Masters Touch! We have a couple large dogs and had several pieces (rugs and upholstery) that were showing some wear and staining, just sort of felt and looked not great. After the cleaning all staining is gone and they look and feel so much fresher. I’d basically say “like new,” obviously excepting that any physical wear from dogs is of course not going to be fixed with a cleaning. We had this service done before a small party at the house and felt it was just what we needed. I definitely plan to book at least an annual cleaning with Masters touch going forward.

Tony Salazar was amazing!!!! Had great attention to detail on the couches and made them look brand new and without any pet hair. The two rugs that he cleaned look super nice and smell ssoooo good. He was a super nice gentleman with obvious years of experience and I will be coming back again, plus they have some of the best prices on the market!!!

I will warn that the carpet took a while to be completely dry in all spots. I don’t think this is unique to this company or anything negative on them — I’ve never seen carpet fully dry any faster. I just say that to warn people to tack on some extra hours of wait time; you don’t want to cover up any moisture and end up with mold or mildew. I had mentally set aside 24 hours of the carpeted rooms being empty, so it was no big deal that it took longer than the suggested 3-4 hours. They were definitely dry enough to walk on in the 3-4hr window.

Would definitely recommend Master’s Touch Steam Cleaning! Their lead technician Tony is absolutely amazing!!! He did a fabulous job! My carpets needed a good cleaning, Tony came in with his professional self, did his thing and now my carpets look brand new!!

I have used master touch steam cleaning on many occasions. My carpets always look amazing. Toni pays great attention to the details and works hard to get those stains out. On top of that, Toni is also very professional. Definitely will be having them come back again. Super satisfied!

This was my first service. The technician Tony was so helpful and so efficient. He completed 4 rooms and two large area rugs in 2 hours. He helped me move items out of my son’s room (even furniture) and my large, heavy dining table off my area rug that desperately needed to be cleaned. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and maximized the carpet space he could get to by happily moving things around.
As I wait for my carpets to dry, I can smell how nice they smell now. I look forward to continuing to do business with this company and will definitely request Tony!

I cannot believe how amazing our WHITE sectional looks and smells - it feels like it did 4 years ago when it was brand new!!! There were set-in stains from muddy paws over the years that I thought would never come out and Tony worked a miracle on them. His attention to detail was incredible. I’ll never use another steam cleaning service again - this kind of work ethic and customer service is unmatched. It was super easy to book online and price was great. Pricing was also upfront and transparent, which I really appreciate.
