I have no idea how they have such high ratings. Scheduled service and was looking forward to it until they canceled an hour before scheduling to show up. Rescheduled the service and they still had to cancel. I decided to give them another chance, texted and they never responded. I will never reach out to them again. Also on top of this they sent a cleaner to my house on a random day and random time. Needless to say I did not let them clean the house.

Maid did a half way job and left personal trash in my apartment (her drink bottle). This was over a year ago I was just reminded by having my apartment cleaned on move out recently by an actual professional company. Never again. Shameful practices.

We have yet to see 5-star service with this company after hiring them twice. The first time they sent only one person to clean 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and they were unable to complete the job, even though they stayed until almost 8pm. We decided to hire them again only because we forgot to cancel our monthly “subscription” and didn’t want to cancel at the last minute. This time they brought two new people, but the quality of work was unacceptable for a professional house cleaning service. We expect detailed and thorough housecleaning when we pay for a service and this team was unable to offer either. We have cancelled our subscription and will no longer be working with this company. While they may have some loyal customers who are happy with the service they receive, unfortunately we are dissatisfied after two schedulings and, therefore, would not recommend them.

They went above and beyond, even taking care of little things I didn’t mention. You can tell they take pride in their work.
