It’s been over a year since I started having my house cleaned by Maid Pro and although there have been some changes, (that caused a little confusion and tardiness) I’m still happy with the work most of them do and the office staff.

I’m giving 4 stars this time because I think there needs to be an after hour number if there is still a crew out on the roads or at some one’s house.
I don’t agree with the front office not being able to be reached past 4. The customer or the crew can’t reach them.

I am very pleased with my very first cleaning (5/07/24) with the Maidpro crew (Tasha, Lauren, Katherine, and Tania). They did an excellent job and my home looks fantastic. I can't wait for the next cleaning to keep my home nice and clean.

Don’t be fooled, use someone else. They left behind the beds and nightstands a mess, they didn’t remove hair from the shower drain, they didn’t clean the shower doors, they failed at cleaning the back splash and the oven that was supposed to be included. They showed up to the wrong address, didn’t clean under the beds, the windowsills were poorly cleaned, they arrived and left at different times, they didn’t clean the walls, and they can’t reach up past 6 feet. It was the equivalent of having a 12 year old clean a house. Go with someone else before they fine you more money for a 1 time horrible job.

We started to use Mom needs a Break Cleaning after I started my new job and it’s really a life saver. They communicate very well, are always on time and telling when job is done and they are very courteous. If you need a little break/help to do the cleaning you don’t have time to do, I definitely recommend their services.✨

The lady I had come was so polite and respectful. Even went as far as to try not to wake my sleeping baby. She spent about 6 hours cleaning our house. I know she worked hard, and it showed! The bathrooms looked amazing. The only things I noted were some dog hair still under my hutch on the floor, and the bottom of the coffee table platform/shelf weren't dusted. Minor oversight overall. I've used a few other companies and this one did the best job, and were the most responsive!

Ms. Beverly is also really great and explained everything in detail about what services are available and what will be completed. After speaking with a couple of different companies...Mom needs a break was the best fit as far as pricing and services and I will continue to schedule with them.
