Kim, Brittany and their team did an impressive job of cleaning our home today! From the kitchen, to the ovens, to the floors, baseboards, ceiling fans & vents what an amazing job they did to leave our home sparkling. I strongly recommend them for anyone's residential cleaning needs as they pay very close attention to detail!

Brittany, did a deep clean on my home on February 14th,and she was so thorough in her cleaning. She is now my permanent Pro. Brittany, did an excellent job for me. She cleaned things I didn't even think of to ask about. I was extremely pleased with the deep clean she did for me. Although I have gone back to once a month deep clean, my house is sparkling! So far, I believe she is the best cleaning lady I've had so far from Maid Pro. If anyone is looking for a great cleaning service, go to MaidPro and ask for Brittany. She is well worth the money it costs because you will not be disappointed. Maid Pro is very professional and the office personnel are friendly and courteous. I hope to use this cleaning service from now on. Well worth the cost, and they will work with you on the cost, depending on what you are needing cleaning. I'm very happy with the service I have received from Maid Pro and I would recommend them to anyone. They are well worth the money, and you won't be disappointed!

This is in response to the owner: The ladies cleaning were treated very well while they were there. They were the ones telling my 73 yr old mother that your office was scrambling to service us and that your office has been having issues. And we tipped them well with cash at the end of their service and said nothing to them directly about the inefficiency's . So the review was directed to you as a business owner using inexperienced help than at the ladies who did their best. Which your response back to my review fits your business ethic. I did not ask you to return, to redo, or refund. __________
The initial contact was great. Was expecting a great experience. However the day of, I had to call and be sure they were coming and though they said I was on the schedule, I would have to disagree. They scrambled and pulled 3 girls from around town to send over to my house, (to the admission of the girls working there), and then the cleaning was more of a bare minimum wipe down with cleaning solution that stunk like wet dog. Their vacuums were not good enough to vacuum heavy wool carpets so that was no help at all. We are clean people to begin with and so what we needed was the "deep" clean and what we got was the wipe down. Tried to find something done that was good and efficient but every area suffered. Wood floors still had unclean areas/tile floors left with dust/glass shower doors with thick film from cleaner. Took them too long to do too little. And noteworthy is that the house is only 6 months old so the "dirt" was not years of crud. Will not use them again and only gave two stars because the people were friendly but friendliness did not clean to the tune of $432.18. But wait there's more! Just got their invoice which includes a travel and convenience fee not mentioned upon quote. So now they are saying I owe another $39!!

Terrible! Canceled our cleaning due to a fault of their own. Inconsistent and untimely!! Very poor service, the longer you stay with them the service gets poorer and poorer!!! If you question their timeliness, they will cancel your future services. Terrible and completely unprofessional! Hopefully, this service can distinct between what is rude or fair service. Horrible!!! How do you know how your service was spoken too when we spoke to one person. Horrible! You were untimely and you should have canceled our service on the call not a day later based on what a rep said. There was no verbal abuse! We are a hardworking Military household. All we questioned was the arrival time!! Hard working people pay for a quality of service Shame on you!! terrible! The great news is that there are better services than you!!!

We have had excellent service well made pro for the last three years. Brandi is the professional Who has been cleaning our house for the last three months and she is excellent. It is such a wonderful feeling to have her come in the house and just take care of things without even any kind of reminders. I recommend Maid Pro to anyone who wants a clean house with excellent service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have used MaidPro for over a year and they have been consistent in their performance. Grimaldi is our absolute favorite - she is kind and warm every time we see her. Her work is outstanding - she is prompt and thorough, and I always appreciate her little touches. We’ve also had good experiences with Apryl, Jazmine, and Katie. The staff is quick to respond and are always friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested!

Been using this location specifically because of how great the staff is. The cleaning staff are amazing but working with office staff is top tier. Kim and Jessica are my favorite people and Samantha is pretty nice too. They're completely professional and understanding when it comes to life issues as long as you communicate with them. I'll always refer friends and family to this place and will forever be a grateful and loyal customer

The cleaners that came into my home were incredibly respectful, thorough, and did an excellent job cleaning the areas I asked to be addressed. Their manager, Samantha, was also a pleasure to work with. She was kind, professional, and ensured that all of my questions were answered prior to and after the clean.

Deanna and Jessica blew us away! They were professional and answered all our questions. All items on the 49 point checklist were addressed and taken care of. Our entire house smells incredible and feels cleaner than it ever has. I’ll compare is to being at the beach all day and getting home covered in sand…. Then taking the a much needed shower and having clean sheets on the bed to get into and relax. I’m glad they will be our preferred cleaners. I highly, highly recommend MaidPro!

The pros do a good job cleaning and always have a great attitude. They seem to really care about their customers and their work. If something comes up or my cleaning need is different some weeks I been able to change my cleaning day or number of cleaning people with no problem

9/12/24. Very pleased with the service. No complaints. Although a new crew was joining Katie today, they all provided the same expected care. I appreciate Katie's leadership in showing Maey and Siah around our home.

Very happy with MaidPro! We had our first deep clean and first regular clean so far. Different crews, but both were friendly and thorough!

We have been very happy with the services we have received from MaidPro! Customer service is great. Tania Luna has been cleaning our home now for a couple months now, and she has been fantastic! She is a hard worker and really knows how to make a kitchen sparkle!

Floors covered in dirt and gunk? Dog hair everywhere? Windowsills get dirty even though you try to vacuum and clean often? Yeah, that’s where I was until 5 months ago until I hired maid pro. I never leave google reviews cause I usually don’t care that much but this company has changed MY LIFE. Not to be dramatic but without my Pros Letty and Victoria, I would literally want to cry. They give me such a peace of mind. They are so fast but thorough and just the kindest most respectful souls. The place is quite literally spotless after they leave and it’s a hard place to clean (2 shedding pets) If you’re thinking about doing it; just do it and hire them. You won’t regret.
