Jaqueline came precisely on time - a big deal for us - and did a thorough and excellent job. She was personable and even endeared herself to our dogs - another big deal for us. It is such a relief to be able to relax in a clean home! I would recommend her to anyone.

Update 2025-05-21: I schedule a clean with Brandi over the phone. Brandi made sure to note what I wanted cleaned as a priority and that I wanted to have my own floor cleaner and mop set used. Brandi also help me set up a cleaning schedule for my neighbor Jay when he needed a new housekeeper. I also told Brandi that I had 3 dogs so I wanted to make sure the housekeeper was okay with that. The cleaner that was assigned for this job was Amandale Trevino. Amandale did read her note as she asked for my mop set and my cleaner which I really appreciated. She had me show her my priority areas and what was most important to me. Amandale had a good attitude, was friendly, and has very good customer service interactions with me. She even folded up my dogs blankets and set their toys in a nice pile for them. She was also very kind to my dogs, even as they followed her around barking at times. She's good with dogs and does a very good with cleaning. I was very happy with her quality of work. Between my previous use of Mom Needs a Break and my neighbors use of them monthly, I've not been disappointed with this company. The emails for paying and text messages kept me in the loop and they have a smooth running business.

Isabel & Alexis did an amazing job cleaning our over 1,900 square foot home. We did the deep clean which included move out, oven, & fridge. We were getting our house ready to rent and I didn’t know who to use at first. There are so many cleaning companies in the San Antonio area. I got a number of quotes from different companies & also ready the online reviews from customers. Mom needs a break cleaning wasn’t the cheapest but it also wasn't the most expensive. They are priced in the middle and their reviews were the best of all the companies I got in contact with. Given the fair pricing & good reviews, I chose mom needs a break cleaning & I have no regrets. They also have staff to answer the phones & they email you the invoice to pay so they are keeping up with online statements which is nice because you also get detailed receipts. This company is very organized and runs a tight ship. I would recommend this company & I would use them again for myself.

Monica has come to our home 4 times now and I am so impressed by her. In the past i’ve had cleaning services that come and try to get in and out as fast as possible. Monica takes her time and leaves no corner untouched. Even the smallest details that I don’t expect her to catch, she does and she makes sure there is no dust or fingerprints in sight. I cannot recommend her enough!

Jacqueline has been our house cleaner for the last 6+ months and she's fabulous. Our house is always so beautiful after she's done and smells so clean. I highly recommend her and Moms need a break cleaning to really give yourself that break.

Mom Needs a Break had a 3-hour cleaning special for $129.99. Jacqueline arrived promptly and did a fantastic job cleaning 3 1/2 bathrooms, the kitchen, family room, and one other bedroom. She brought her own cleaning supplies and equipment and made the house smell and feel fresh and clean. Even though she didn’t have time to do the other rooms in the house, the rooms she had worked on were left sparkling and beautiful. I would highly recommend her services and would hire her again. Maybe next time I would book a longer time for the next appointment.

Samantha C has done both a deep cleaning and bi-weekly cleanings and she is amazing. They were able to set us up easily with our bookings and the availability is flexible. Both my husband and I work from home and Samantha is very mindful of this! I've never had cleaning assistance before, but I don't know if I can ever go back. Highly recommend!!

Samantha came to clean for us after a house remodel which was 2 days before our daughter’s birthday party. She was fantastic, professional, & friendly.

Everyone was super nice! From being able to text to schedule the cleaning to Kristina being so friendly at the cleaning itself, it was a really smooth and fast process. Kristina brought all her own things and was able to do a Mom's Signature of most of the house in 3 hours (we didn't have some parts cleaned). The price is also pretty affordable vs other companies I got quotes from! They're also pet friendly and Kristina never minded our dog wanting to play fetch haha

I didn’t love mom needs a break cleaning due to their lack of communication with one another which left me with half cleaned floors and only two of my spaces cleaned that needed to be done. I signed up for the three hour custom clean and told the girl what spaces I would like cleaned when she arrived and she agreed to doing those things. Come to the three hour mark she cleaned a guest bathroom, my counters in the kitchen, and the small floor area. Mind you, I only have a 1,600 sqft. home and was hosting my husbands party at our house the next day. Our cleaning lady then told me she had to leave and didn’t clean the rest of our floor and she wasn’t aware that she was cleaning for only three hours. I am seven months pregnant and had to get on the floor and clean it myself. Which this mom definitely didn’t get “a break”. I spoke with management after the lady left and they said they would call me for a follow up as they don’t want to make it seem like they “ don’t finish their jobs” or “leave things how they were.” Which felt promising. Even the manager told me she could’ve gotten all of the areas done that I requested within that three hour window (guest restroom, floors, kitchen, and master restroom) which made me think they were going to make things right. Then I receive a text I will need to pay them more money in order for the other half of my floors to be cleaned. This is my first and last time using mom needs a break cleaning.
