I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional vendor. This person has rescheduled appointments 4-5 times and then completely ghosts during the scheduled time, not answering calls or providing any notice. It's an absolute lack of respect for other people's time and a complete failure in communication.

If you're looking for someone reliable, look elsewhere. This vendor clearly has no regard for professionalism or basic decency in their business dealings. I’ve wasted enough time waiting on them – don’t make the same mistake!

Peters Cleaning has been cleaning for us for the past year and is the best cleaning service we have ever had (and we have had many). They are thorough in their work, they communicate ahead of coming to the job and have always shown up when they say. On top of all that, they are kind and caring people.

They also make sure they are available to clean ahead of the holidays like thanksgiving and Christmas!
