The team did an awesome job and despite the upside down n mess I had, they worked around very well. We were very pleased with their work and they were so respectful as well.

We have always had a hard time finding a reliable and consistent cleaning service. Much less having someone show up when they’re supposed to. The Cleaning Authority have checked all our boxes for a reasonable price and I feel very comfortable that they are taking very good care of my home.

Amaris and Ashley (Team #1) are phenomenal!! We love it every other week when they come to take care of our home. Attention to detail, friendly service, and always accommodating. We appreciate what they do for our family

I can’t recommend Cleaning Authority San Antonio enough! The ladies of Team 2 did a fabulous job on our home today and I can’t begin to thank them enough. I’ve tried two other services and this is by far the best experience we’ve had. I enjoy the app and receiving notifications on upcoming cleanings and arrival times. The two girls were wonderful. Savannah and Melanie. They seem to do wonderful job. I’ve never had a bad experience with this company, and I was comfortable enough to leave and have them lock when they leave.

Would like to thank Amaris and Oscar for an excellent job today! They were very quiet when entering and cleaning our home during our babies' nap time. Beds looked very professionally done. Anything moved to make space to clean was returned to a logical, organized place. End result overall looked and felt very clean!

The ladies did a great job. The floors were every clean. They were able to pick up all of my dogs' hair. They did forget to change the garbage in the master bathroom. It was not very full.

Great experience. Easy to schedule and consistently show up. They leave a list that lets you know what they’ve cleaned and deep cleaned on rotation. They have different teams that come to the house each time. Some teams are better than others, but overall, we are extremely satisfied. Today was the best yet- Thanks, Team 6!

Found a door going to the exercise roon\m damaged. Sent Manager a photo and asked if she would inquire about the situation. I did that on Saturday and no response. I sent another text yesterday and still no response. The disappointment comes from the ladies not saying anything and management not responding to my request.

I love Jessica and Savannah. They are excellent. Please continue to have them come and service my home. They are trustworthy, reliable, respectful, and do an excellent job. Thank you!
