Not impressed. We paid for move in ready & it seems like all they did was vacuum & sweep the floors. They did wipe the counters in the kitchen, but other than that, no windowsills were done, the kitchen floor is extremely dirty as if it was never touched & they charged us an extra $10 to clean the back windows that had smudges on it (I thought Windows would be invluded in a make ready). I don't quite know what exactly took them 2 hours to clean in a 1,000 square foot home. It doesn't even smell like they used any cleaning products. Not happy.

..I had paid another company "Blue Topaz" to do a move out clean and $300.00 and 2 days later the job wasn't done.
I had to call Moms house cleaning at 6pm because we had open house the next morning at 10..... Glenn was awesome he heard my story realize the urgency and got his team together👍👍
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to Veronica and Gabriel who drop what they were doing called me and said "we'll clean all night to have you ready for open house" THAT'S WHAT I CALLED AWESOME SERVICE!!!! They were at my house by 8pm and cleaned throughout the night..... the house looked wonderful, smelled great and best of all they give military discount!! and understand what a move out clean is......whish I had met them sooner😊Thanks again Mom's cleaning! You guys are the real deal.....

There's a review from Private about 4 months ago that made me decide against this company. What kind of business offers 40% for a second cleaning when it should have been done the right the first time? The fact that the owner/manager had the audacity to blame the customer for refusing to pay for more cleaning when it was clearly the company's fault shows that this company should not be trusted! I'm glad I read the reviews and didn't waste my time and money on them!

I used them for a move out clean today. I called them yesterday hoping I could find someone to do the clean on short notice. They were great! They came out on short notice, charged a reasonable price, and did a hell of a job. Several of their 1 star reviews are killing their rating and one of the people rated 1 star because a dog was growling and the other didn't even use them and just added a 1 star review because they didn't like another review. Google needs to do a better job keeping garbage reviews from hurting their business.

I almost didn't even click the businesses name because of the score but I couldn't be more happy with the service we received. Maxine was great and we'll be sure to request her again if we need a cleaning!

Shirley and her crew did an amazing job on our home. They were so friendly and made sure everything was to our liking before they left. I would highly recommend them, and I look forward to having them back on a regular basis.

All I can say is WOW this company has some amazing people working for them they are kind and courteous and very efficient, they work with your schedule . I wouldn't go with any other company. Thank you guys for doing a great job every time.

We have used Mom's for several years and are extremely pleased with our cleaning crew! They are very flexible and communicate very well with us each cleaning. We have a dog and they even play with him nd let him out of his keen while they are there. Great cleaning company!

Moms House Cleaning has been great! I have an airbnb where I require 10-15 cleanings per month and they have done a great job cleaning and meeting all my needs. Maxine leaves the place spotless and I have many guests complementing me on the cleanliness of the home.

Let's be honest, I'm never going to dust my ceiling fan, clean a base board, or wipe down my cabinets on a regular basis with working from home, having a toddler, and 3 dogs. Especially with the craziness of COVID, having a deep clean gives me a lot of peace of mind and sanity back in my life. Professional, friendly, and very trust worthy in my opinion. Every one I have dealt with has been an absolute joy to interact with.

I contacted this company because I lived out of state.
The reason I picked it was because my husband and I run a successful cleaning service on the east coast. I pretty much had my mind made up that I would be hiring them.
I did however need to meet them since the cleaning would be done with out me there.
I finally was able to scheduled an estate for the day before my flight back home.
Here is what happened.
This company does not carry liability insurance.
When I asked why they stated that's what home
Owners insurance is for. They do carry an anti-theft bond but only up to 5000 and it's underwritten in a different message. There is no such thing as a business license only a DBA which we do have. And liability insurance is not required for non commercial cleaning.
Upon trying to compete my review my phone died and the company's owner quickly added a response being unprofessional and not using facts. I am glad I did not use this company and I would not recommend them in the future.

We enjoyed Moms House Cleaning for the first time today. We were sent Sarah and her husband as a team to clean the house. We were met and surprised with their personable, professional attitude to clean our house. Our house was a challenge and they met it with patience, perseverance, and integrity. The funny thing is the gratitude we all felt in the end. I felt a sharing that will bring us back again and again. Thank you Moms, for hiring these special people!

These ladies came the very next day after my call and did a fantastic and thorough job! Our house was a challenge because we had not had a professional clean (ever). Now we are ready for our weekend guests. Thanks for the great experience, we will be using Mom's again :)

I am giving them 4 stars because things started off rocky and kind of strange, but that was with the company itself (you can see how I rave about the amazing cleaning after I explain this part). On the day of cleaning, only one person arrived and said that the other cleaner would be on her way but was at a doctor's appointment. I thought that was a bit strange, but thought that I would just roll with it. However, when nearly 45 minutes later, she still hadn't arrived, I called the owner to see what was going on. This had never happened to me in the past with other cleaning companies, so I wasn't sure what to do. The owner told me that the missing cleaner's daughter was in labor and the cleaner would be coming right over as soon as she could. The owner insisted that it wouldn't be long and that I should wait, but I told her that giving birth is not a quick ordeal and that I felt really uncomfortable with proceeding. Also, I didn't want to be waiting around and just have the other cleaner do all the work of two people. I told the owner that the missing cleaner should not be pressured to rush over and clean our home and that we should reschedule for a different day when things could start off right. I gave the cleaner that showed up $20 for her time because I knew that it was not her fault and didn't want her to be short-changed.

Later on, the owner called me to schedule the new date of service and told me that she had a new set of two spectacular cleaners that would be there for the cleaning.

So, this is where I was really happy and the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of less. The cleaners that came the second day (Terry and Molly) were FANTASTIC. They were hard-working, meticulous and very considerate. Terry even placed a few decorations (that I had laying around and hadn't decided what to do with them) in some lovely arrangements that made it look gorgeous. Both Molly and Terry work very well together and even offered to customize the cleaning supplies that I wanted used on the house and everything. They were very knowledgeable about what worked best for different surfaces and were very open to knowing how I preferred to have things done. They said that with their regular customers they get to know the house better and work even more efficiently because they already know how you like to have things cleaned. I was very, very happy with Molly and Terry!

Our family has been a customer of Mom's House Cleaning for almost a decade and could not be more pleased. It is such a comfort to know that we have a reliable resource for cleaning our home. And i can't say enough good things about Sarah and Ben. They are like members of our family. and we look forward to seeing them every week. i highly recommend Mom's Health Cleaning and Sarah and Ben.

Once again Xotcl and Jessica did amazing work at my son's apartment. When my son gets home he's gonna be
so relieved. When I walked in his place it looked overwhelming. Like, where do you start? I know that's how he feels everyday he gets home from work. But the ladies from Moms House Cleaning didn't "blink an eye" and started cleaning. I'm very pleased!😁👍

Mom's house cleaning did a great job for me! They were able to schedule me quickly. They took initiative on what to prioritize to clean on a tight schedule. Communication was great and online payment was easy. I would call them again. Thank you so much for all the help!!

I have no complaints at all. I wish I got the crew members names before i left because I'd like to use them in my current home. I scheduled a move out clean which was immaculate. I wasn't even there for the clean because the buyers were there when the crew showed up but i did come towards the end when they were finishing up. They did an awesome job. they vacuumed the carpets so good it smelled and looked like they had been shampooed. That house was left spotless. I will probably hiring them to com to our new home before i have my baby so they can do a good cleaning and sanitation.

We used Moms House Cleaning service for a pre-move-in cleaning of a home we recently bought. Gabriel and Veronica, a married couple, came out and did the most fantastic, thorough house cleaning we have ever experienced! They worked fast, but never missed a single area or surface. They cleaned as if they were cleaning their own home for a very close inspection. They are an amazing team, so personable and considerate, and so very excellent! We definitely recommend Moms House Cleaning and we strongly recommend Gabriel and Veronica, who are the absolute BEST we have ever seen!

I was recommended to Moms house cleaning by a friend of mine and the owners Glenn and Lisa were so pleasant and helpful on the phone and they sent out a couple Emily and Taylor. Emily called me to set the time and they were very prompt! They really know what they are doing and were super sweet to me and my daughter. They did an excellent job and I will be using Emily and Taylor for my housecleaning. Thanks again so much!
