Being a new customer I was very satisfied first with the initial consult and quote we got from the owner here in San Antonio. She was very professional and covered everything in great detail and explained the whole process. Second I'm very happy with the cleanings provided. The initial cleanings were extremely thorough and the staff never stopped working or even slowed down. Everyone has been kind and courteous and the communication is great. It's been such a pleasure not having to worry about the fine detail cleaning and it's made keeping up with our daily cleaning tasks so much easier. I would highly recommend!

I was so pleased with the deep clean by Margery and Diane. They were very thorough and all the dust was gone; carpets well vacuumed, bathrooms sparking and kitchen counters and all appliances were looking great! I have been using The Cleaning Authority for about 4 1/2 years. They always do a fantastic job of cleaning, from the ceiling fans to the baseboards! Team number 10 was here today and as usual my house is now sparkling clean! Not sure what cleaning products they use but they work, everything is shiny and clean. I couldn’t be happier, will always use them and I highly recommend them. They are dependable and keep in touch regarding arrival times etc…

The initial cleaning after parts of the house haven't been really cleaned in a couple of years. 4 ladies worked on it for two hours. I can see through my once again transparent shower doors! Very efficient, and very thorough. Highly recommended.

First time using a service like this and it was pretty nice. I am on a biweekly schedule. Looking forward to the next visit so that I can get some much needed rest and spend some quality time with my beautiful family. Also, look how cute they left the Kleenex!

My regular team was unavailable for today’s cleaning. I had Team #7. These young women were on time and very thorough! I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority San Antonio!

Crew came in and did their thing in professional and efficient manner. Love having my home kept looking good without me having to do it.

I paid two ladies to come to my home, I needed them to clean the kitchen the living room which no one ever sits in and I just really needed it dusted, also needed three bathrooms plus the kitchen floor and then vacuum the living room floor in preparation for a home appraisal. I paid for three hours at $240 . They dusted and vacuumed the living room, organized the kitchen and vacuumed. They did not do any of the bathrooms as agreed and I had to go back into the kitchen and re-clean the stove, and the stove hood, which they didn’t touch so in all it was the worst money I have ever spent, and I will not recommend them or use their services ever again in the future.

They were great two years ago when I used them. I don’t know what changed but the cleaning ladies they sent just didn’t do their job well, there’s dust and crumbs on the floor and the countertop just wasn’t wiped completely. They told me they didn’t have anyone to send out for the next three days when I said I’m in a rush and wanna someone else to come another time, and asked me to work with the ladies who absolutely looked like they didn’t wanna be there, one of them also seemed of underage (I could be wrong). I really couldn’t stay there longer so I paid, tipped and let them leave for another 20 minutes. There’s still stuff on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet just wasn’t clean (they said it’s because I didn’t treat it soon but the other lady from two years ago got everything spotless). They didn’t sound apologetic either on the phone, maybe because I can’t do much as a young Asian person. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I’ve used mom‘s cleaning several times and they have always done a good job. Just make sure and advise if there’s something specific you want done.

Debbie did a great job, above and beyond for my one-out cleaning. She was also flexible and worked with my schedule. Great service for a great price, I would highly recommend.

We bought a semi-large home, 2700 sq ft. and we optioned to have "everything" cleaned before moving in. We paid for a deep cleaning (3hrs) and choose the additional Cabinet and Drawer cleaning....the total cost was around $300- not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.

The cleaning crew consisted of a young couple who started in our bedroom immediately like we asked- however, it wasn't long until my wife noticed that windows sills were dusty, wall trim was dusty, and the shutters remained untouched.

Even though my wife reminded them to do these things (as part of the agreement on the phone)...they were still performed subpar. And the worst....our kitchen countertops were forgotten about and the kitchen drawers were dusted (not wiped clean) at best.

When we called to notify the owner, he was polite- but his only course of action was to recommend another cleaning at a 40% discount.

What good does that do when your furniture and housing goods arrive the day after the original cleaning. Will not be repeating business here again.

Nick and Justin cleaned my rental property after my tents completly destroyed it with filth and animals.They did a excellent job, were poliet and courteous. They were also very thorough and quick. They worked very hard the entire time they we're there and I would recommend them to anyone for there services.

This company is awesome. I had to call them last minute when another cleaning lady bailed on me. I was able to schedule them for the next day. Their pricing was very affordable and they did a great job.

Sarah and Ben were courteous. They cleaned my home once and did a decent job. I wanted a recurring cleaning service and scheduled the following cleaning. Unfortunately the cleaning was cancelled and rescheduled and then cancelled again. The company did not contact me to try to reschedule with a different crew after two cancellations. Frustrating and inconvenient for a busy working family. I wish it could have worked with this company. I think they could work on better communication and easier scheduling
