The crew I had today was Savannah and Carlos they took there time and did a good job, they even did a couple of extra requests that I don’t ask for at every cleaning, I really did appreciate there help to keep my home clean and a safe and healthy place for me to live. They were polite and cordial.

I've been using the Cleaning Authority for several years and have been very pleased with the services overall. They initiated early protocols to deal with COVID issues, adjusting the approach and adding details to the already efficient rotation method of cleaning. This past year there was a change in my regular team and I was worried I would not be as happy. Fortunately, Karla and Melissa stepped in with the same high standards of excellence I had experienced before. My house is thoroughly cleaned, with objects in place, everything straightened and neatly aligned which is an extra thoughtfulness one doesn't always find. I look forward to their cheerful hellos (behind their masks) and know my home is in good hands. Thanks, ladies!

I definitely had some hit and miss cleaning teams when I first started (bad to the point of sending teams to reclean, or rudeness) but Karla’s team has been consistently great. They do an awesome job with some extra touches like making up my daughters bed extra nicely and decorated with all her stuffed animals. And are almost always on time and in and out fast.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for 3 years now and I am have never been disappointed. I have tried other cleaning company's, but I trust this one. My team of Maribel and Jaun are fantastic...go team #6! My house always looks awesome after they are done and you can smell the cleanliness in the air. I’m a long time customer, I appreciate how the staff deep cleans on a room rotation. Regardless of team switches, they don’t disappoint. This weeks team was Angel and Desirae and they did a great job. Definitely 5 star service.

The first time Karla and Melissa came to clean our home-we were just blown away! They are both so sweet and clean our home with such attention to detail and care. We have a very full household (6 adults, 1 baby, and a very cute but annoying dog!) and as you can imagine, it is not easy to keep the house clean. We enjoy having Karla and Melissa here with us and they make our home such a brighter and cleaner place to live in! We love them so much that we actually only requested them to come on the rotations :) I enjoy the small touches they do by organizing and working around our busy schedule and want to let the cleaning authority know what wonderful employees they have!! Please make sure to give them bonuses because such hard work and dedication is so rare to find and they should be rewarded for al their hard work! Thanks again for making our lives simpler, cleaner, and so much happier :)

I have only had the privilege of Juan servicing my home once and he indeed did a great job, however, it does seem as if any team Maribel is on - well...she makes them shine and contributes to their success. The TCA crew is always fast and friendly. They follow a standardized process that gives me confidence that everything is getting done, every time. I like being able to see the estimated time of arrival on the app. Most importantly, I trust the employees in my home.

This has been the best service I have ever found. We rehired them after stopping only because if Covid, but we sure missed them! Today we came home to a beautifully clean home. The team left their own personal touch with cute folds and art on the toilet rolls. We appreciate and value their work. We have 3 dogs so we know they work hard to get our house to look and smell like we have none! Worth every dollar and Tip!
