Very good experience with Texas Cleaning Services for apartment move out service.

I paid $400 for a move out clean and the walls/doors were not washed. Not all drawers/cabinets were cleaned. The floors were only swept, not mopped. I had to redo nearly all of the cleaning before my move out inspection.

From the moment you call them on the phone to the service I have received, they are very professionals. I am happy how clean my house is, with their help.

This is more money than I want to or am used to spending, but everything has gone up post-Covid so I guess that is the way it is. The service is good, but if you have a regular contract, they are going to set the schedule for you.

Our apartment recently flooded and we were in need of help getting everything back together and we couldn't have asked for better help. Norma was amazing efficient and thorough with everything in the home. Will 100% book again.

We contracted them for a deep house clean every other week. The first week, multiple items were not done, i.e. knobs on cabinet doors not cleaned, cabinet doors not cleaned, light globes not cleaned, floors not mopped thoroughly. They used the wrong vacuum cleaner on my Ruggable Rugs even after I gave them clear instructions on which machine to use and how. 2nd time they came, they did not mop the floors at all. Used the wrong vacuum on my Ruggables again even after I explained to them what to do, etc. 3rd time they came, the girl worked very hard and was really sweet but she needed help. She used the wrong vacuum again on the Ruggable rugs and the living room rug is damaged. She did not mop the kitchen and breakfast floors thoroughly. She really needed help. Each time I provided feedback to the company and no one ever contacted me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
