Great service my apartment is nice and clean will be using this service again

This is a very convenient service. It took less than five minutes to set a time and the service that I wanted and they showed up at the time we agreed on. There were no issues and the house looked amazing when I got home. I am very happy with this company and look forward to using them in the future.

I had a very bad experience using this company and would never use them again. I recommend you don't either. I hired them to do a move out clean for a rental property i lived in. They acknowledged the things i wanted done but did not do any of them. When i went to check their work it looked like they had swept and MAYBE mopped. that is not worth $400. The job was so bad that the property manager had to hire another cleaning company. So we had to pay to have the house cleaned twice. DO NOT USE THEM.

Excellent service. Easy to schedule. Cleaning ladies were punctual, did a thorough job cleaning my apt. and even finished early, which meant the overall quoted price was less than expected. Plan to use them consistently moving forward.

The Texas Cleaning Services team showed up on time and brought all their own equipment. Both team members were friendly and efficient. I got the Deluxe Cleaning, which included lots of extras such as moving and cleaning under furniture and edging carpets. They did an excellent job.

The lady they sent was amazing! She was extremely thorough and fast. I was so impressed with the level of attention to detail she had. This company made it so easy to find them, schedule a cleaning and then get it done. I scheduled 2 days out, and they were able to accommodate. I will definitely use this company again and will highly recommend it to others.

Yeni did a very thorough cleaning. Very pleased with her services.

We paid for a deep cleaning. This is the first company to send one person out for a deep cleaning in a home over 2,000 sq ft. The cleaning was under 8 hrs. That has never happened when I have had an individual do a deep cleaning.

The lady who came out was friendly and went right to work. The job was definitely for more than one person given the number of windows, size of rooms and having to do baseboards. I was on a work call during the walk through and was able to point out many things that needed correcting like window sills, baseboards, dusting, etc. before I had to stop to complete my call and she left since I could not continue. I definitely expected the cleaning to be until after 4 since it started at 0830.

I captured the photos needed and send to the company. After a week of back and forth in email and their word that they would send someone back out, someone else in the company responded to my date of availability saying that it has to be within 3 days of the original cleaning. I can understand if that was on their site at the time and mentioned when I called before having to email the proof (the call was the next day when they opened. The photos that I had to send were not answered for a few days.). There was no way for that to happen.

I do not recommend this company for deep cleanings , their disconnect amongst each other, their inability to provide the proper amount of personnel for the job, and their poor customer service.

Karla did a great job and was very easy to work with. The price was competitive as well. I’d hire Texas Cleaning Services again.

Very slight communication, difficulty, but we made it work. They arrived on time , And once they got started, they were in constant motion, did everything that I requested. And we’re done in record time. Yes I would have them again.
