We've been using Mom's House Cleaning for almost a year having our home cleaned weekly. Sarah and Ben are fantastic; they are thorough, fast and hard working. We're very pleased with our service and impressed with how great they are as a team. Our home is over 3000 sq ft and they are able to scrub all bathrooms, dust, vacuum carpets, sweep and polish hardwood, entirely clean the kitchen and leave our home feeling immaculate. They did a very decent job, I was happy with the overall cleaning service. However they did break a hand soap dispenser, and then they put it back together to look like it wasn’t broken and tucked it behind the faucet… 😝 it was maybe $9 at TJ Maxx, but still, what if it was priceless and they just left it? Obviously these things happen though, just be honest about it. They did a great job otherwise, but I never used them again. I have too many priceless antiques.

Jetsabet was our cleaner, and she arrived with her daughters to assist. They worked tirelessly for hours and did an outstanding job. They did not cut corners and spared no detail. They were cheerful and a pleasure to work with. We were very happy with their product. For the first time since we purchased the home and began renovations, thanks to their efforts we felt like our house was our home. We will absolutely use them again.

She lets us know when we need to buy a house cleaning product when it is getting low. Our house looks great after each cleaning. We have the house cleaned every other week.

They no call no showed my cleaning. Was scheduled and they just never showed up. Very frustrating. Tried calling, texting…everything…no response. Highly recommend finding another cleaning service

I just had a cleaning done a few days ago and my home looks and smells great and I do need to mention I have a dog and you wouldn’t even know it. Used this cleaning service on Wednesday, November 26th, and unfortunately we were not satisfied with the quality. Several areas listed in their initial cleaning checklist were missed. I notified the owner the same day to share our concerns, but no effort was made to resolve the issues or honor the guarantee stated on their website. I had high hopes based on the positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing.

Omar did an excellent job on our down cushion sectional. He was very careful not to oversaturate it. The scheduling was very easy and Omar was on time.
After the initial cleaning I found a very small stain. When I called, they immediately set up a return appointment and took care of it.
They definitely back up their work. I’ll use them again.

The ladies did a great job and will hire them again.
