I do not recommend. The cleaners damaged my property because they did not like me complaining of subpar performance of basic cleaning like dusting, floors, and cleaning appliances. For $320 a month this should be an expectation it done and done correctly and not half hazard. The crew put liquid foundation on doors, walls, duvet, stuffed animal, bassinet. When I confronted the owner, he said that is not possible. They initially tried to blame my two year old, however where makeup is in areas he cannot reach and he was not home. It was too high and on high switch plates and the duvet handprint is an adult. Also, if you think like a two year it would be everywhere and much worse and not strategically behind certain doors and on certain corners of bedding. Besides a two year old can't properly clean themselves up. Henry agreed after some time that it could not have been my son but suggested someone was in my house before the cleaning crew was. Really? First off, I was home and I have a ring security
system. I asked for him to to pay for the replacement costs of the damaged items, uppababy bassinet and pottery barn duvet and stuffed animal. He told me that he cannot Replace things that “weren’t damaged.” It was damaged and the makeup did not come out. He said “it is not a big deal, it will wash out.” He repeated that a few other times.It is a very big deal. When you hire a professional service to come into your home that you pay for and the girls do this? It’s a violation of your home. They got caught and are refusing to make the situation right. Stuff is not even. It’s the intent and act which is the issue. Henry has no idea what happened because he was not in my home or with his cleaning crew. It is appalling that he did not take responsibility.

After many tries I've found a cleaning company that I'm really pleased with and I'm very picky. I really liked their cleaning service, they are very good and affordable. I've hired them to come every 2 weeks.

My wife was hospitalized last month and I wanted to get the house cleaned for her upon her release. I called Henry from Clean & Shine and they came out promptly and respectfully. The services they provided, the job they did were beyond my expectations. They just cleaned our home today for the second time and my wife called me to tell me how thrilled she was with the job they did. If you hire them, you won't regret it.

We have had two other cleaning groups in the last four years. They just did not do the job that my wife expected. About two months ago we hired Clean and Shine. They are excellent and my wife is pleased. If my wife is pleased, I am pleased and have a happy home. These ladies clean until everything is done right. Henry is very helpful in setting the schedule. Extremely prompt. Responded right away to any inquiries I had. I have a 2400 sq foot home I just bought and needed a move in clean. They sent out 4 cleaners. They were very good and worked incredibly fast. All done in 2 hours. Very satisfied. I would work with them again.

Clean and Shine did an excellent job on my house! Henry and his staff were all very nice and great to work with. Henry was extremely prompt in getting my house scheduled and quickly answered my texts. I needed help with a deep clean, as we had just finished a top to bottom remodel of my house (it was filthy). The ladies did an outstanding job of getting everything cleaned. They missed nothing, everything was sparkling (all of my faucets, sinks, furniture were cleaned and polished). I'm extremely happy with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

I called and needed quick service. Henery was great, professional, he was willing to not just give me a quote via phone, but actually come out and look at the job to give me a quote that wouldn't change. I appreciated that.
