Mary Jane and her team were awesome! Showed up early. Very professional. Absolutely scrubbed my house clean floor to ceiling. This was a move out cleaning, but I plan to use Lupe's for routine cleaning at my new home.

It's three women (sometimes two). They do a fantastic job in about an hour! The clean in detail. I look forward to my monthly cleaning. The price is very reasonable. They notify me in advance to minutes before arrival. These ladies come in and get the job done. They came in and made minor organizational adjustments that were easy to maintain. They are always so lovely and polite. I try to tip well, considering I live on the third floor. I highly recommend you try them. I promise you won't be disappointed.

The whole house looks amazing, but especially an amazing job cleaning out the oven. Never seen an oven so clean! Also great job on bathrooms and throughout house. Will definitely hire again.

I was unhappy with my Move-In clean. 3 ladies came to an empty 1900 sq foot home and did a subpar job for $500. I paid extra for carpet cleaning, which only looked to be vacuumed.
While they were cleaning, my husband and I trusted them to be left alone. We were notified as they were leaving that a man came to the home and removed our ring doorbell and an additional ring camera in the front of our home. It would have been nice to be notified that someone was removing things from our new home without our consent. We had no details of who this person was other than the cleaners’ word of mouth. My husband called the company to try to get more information to be able to file a police report but no one ever called him back.

Totally recommend! I hired Lupe’s for a move-out clean and it was very well done.!The ladies were so professional and thorough (they even moved the stove!). My apartment is very old and was pretty grimy when I moved in, so I’ve never seen it so clean. It looks amazing and I will definitely get my deposit back. Very good price for the amount of work they did, too.

The cleaning was great for the price! During the walkthrough we saw a couple things that needed to be touched up and they were quick to fix it.

I submitted an inquiry via their website and had my home cleaning scheduled very quickly thereafter! According to the email letting me know when they were on the way, the crew members were Veronica, Mayra, and Claudia. These ladies worked really hard for several hours, especially since most rooms needed deep cleaning. I’m so happy with the results. Lupe’s cleaning is great all around!

Excellent experience with move out cleaning. We only had 2 weeks to move into our new home and out of our rental. That left no time to clean after move out around our work schedules. Jitima, Debbie, and Mary Ann did a super thorough job. The house is so clean from top to bottom!

The ladies did such an exceptional job. They went far above and beyond and I am so so incredibly happy with my clean. I will 100% be continuing services. I had other cleaners come last year and they were a little more expensive and they did not do nearly as much detail work as Lupe’s. If you’re unsure just do it!! You won’t regret.

We’ve now used this them twice and I still think they’re great! This time we did a move out deep clean at another home and the pricing was affordable ($400 for 1600ish sq.ft. home) Still highly recommend!

Incredible job! They were responsive in scheduling service, and able to accommodate our request on short notice. Elizabeth and Desiree were extremely thorough, and went above and beyond with their cleaning.
(We scheduled a move out deep clean for our 1950 sq ft home, which took about 8 hrs for 2 people). Very affordable pricing and the service was so friendly and professional.

I am very happy with Lupe’s Cleaning services! The three ladies that came to deep clean did a wonderful job! They went above and beyond and were very respectful in my home. I’d gotten behind on cleaning and felt like there was no way to ever catch up. I decided it was time for some reinforcements. The yellow team crew showed up and got to work immediately. They took care to clean everything beautifully! My house is sparkling clean! I set up regular services and requested the yellow team again. Very happy with Lupe’s!!

Melanie, Ana and Vanessa (Orange team) came to do a move-out clean on my apartment. They were absolutely amazing. The place looks immaculate!!!

Laura, Mayra, and Esperanza did a very thorough and fast job cleaning my 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. They only took 1 hour. I will be hiring Lupe’s Home and Office Cleaning again in the future.

The team from Lupe’s Home and Office Cleaning did an amazing move out cleaning. The house I was renting had very hard water. They definitely took the extra steps to clean the inside of the dishwasher. The stainless sinks were in the worst shape. But of course Lupe’s team worked their magic and now they are sparkling clean. All of the appliances looked like they were brand new. I’m not kidding. My granddaughter recommended Lupe’s. Ar first I was hesitant to spend the money. I’m happy Lupe’s uses a team of three ( others use 1 or 2). That way they can get the job done right and in record time. So well worth it!!!

Debbie, Abby, and Ada did an awesome job! I own rental properties and I always bring cleaning supplies to use after the cleaning crew is done. Those were not used after they finished! I will be letting the agents in my brokerage know about your service!

I have been using their service for several months. The ladies cleaning were extremely nice and did a great job. They had my credit card info on file and would charge my card after each service. Mid December they text me I owed for 2 cleanings. They moved over to a new system and did not have my card on file. I gave them my credit card into again. Also inquired about another house if they could clean it. They took my credit card info and said they would get back to me about the other house. I never heard back about the other house, however, Dec 30th I received a text I owed $368 for the last two cleanings. They didn't have my credit card info, again Today, December 31 I received a text message I owed for 4 cleanings, $744.96. To be paid ASAP.

Also, when I went from bi-weekly cleaning to weekly my price went up instead of down. When we originally spoke they said weekly cleanings would be cheaper than bi-weekly. I had to go back n forth about this as well.

I was satisfied with the cleaning, completely dissatisfied with everything else. I paid what was owed and I have canceled services going forward.

Trustworthy and well priced. I left the key in a lockbox to let themselves in and they did a fantastic job on my move-in clean. Smelled great. Efficient. I liked it so much, I'm getting a quote for biweekly services. :D
