Maribel & her team came to my home for a deep clean. We live on a ranch & have a big dog who lives in the house. They did an AMAZING job! The floors, which I can never seem to clean without leaving streaks, looked amazing. My sister even commented on them. The whole house smelled so clean & just shined. I have huge windows in my living room that they cleaned. My mirrors in the bathroom were perfect. No complaints here. Nothing was missed. They used their time wisely & valued mine as well. They are set up to come every other week now for general housekeeping. I am so glad to have come across this cleaning service. Very professional! You will not be disappointed!

The best and detailed cleaning services I have seen so far they made sure my needs were done precisely and they were the friendliest of people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting if you want your place cleaned and done right with respect choosing them is the best option. Patriot maids cleaning services is by far the best service I have received from a cleaning business. They were very professional and got it done on time. They did a deep cleanse and it had looked wonderful after. just in general amazing service.

Listen, they do an amazing job cleaning. I cannot complain. However, their prices are ridiculous. There is no justification for charging $400 for a cleaning of a 1500 sqft home. The only reason I used them is because my regular housekeeper was unavailable and I had family coming in. She charges me $150 and sometimes $200 if I ask her to throw in baseboards or windows. But after Patriot Maids gets done adding all the little extra fees for literally ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING, they’re breaking your bank and charging over 200% the typical charge for a deep clean. I used them in the pinch of time but never again.

We were in a pinch when we needed someone to help us clean our home in just a couple days before our party. Natalie and her team deep cleaned the whole property efficiently all while providing excellent care for all of our belongings, and being very respectful to our family in the process. I made an appointment online to get my rental house cleaned this morning. Online, I selected the specific items I wanted prioritized, like cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets and inside the refrigerator as the last tenant hadn’t left them very clean. Additionally, the bathtub needed a deep cleaning, but otherwise I needed a basic run down of the rest of the house. I wanted the floors swept and mopped and windows cleaned so I could show the house soon. Their website quoted me $575 for the items I selected. I felt that was pricey for a 1200sq ft house, especially considering I only needed a few things cleaned, but I was willing to pay for the convenience, as I work full time and my wife is 36 weeks pregnant, we’re not in the best position to clean ourselves. Then a few minutes after booking online, I got a call from their sales agent Brian, asking for more details about what I needed done in the house. I passed the phone to my wife as she had specifics about what was to be cleaned and how, but I overheard the call on speaker phone. He asked what we were looking for and she repeated the priorities we wrote in the comments online. He asked if any demolition had been done to the house, to which she responded no. She explained that most things in the house were new, so it wouldn’t need much cleaning overall, we were just looking for specific things. But he responded that because we had new floors, they consider that cleaning to be a “construction” cleaning. He claimed that this is because there would be dust on everything, on the ceiling, on the walls, and on top of the appliances. Additionally, this level of cleaning would take a team of 6-8 people 6 hours to complete. And it would cost $1,400. I immediately told her to hang up, but she tried to explain that there was not any construction dust in the house as we had already pre-cleaned floors and walls. In fact, there weren’t any appliances in the home when I installed the floors, and our cabinets are flush with the wall, so we don’t have a “top” of the cabinets for dust to accumulate. We also do not have dust on our ceiling. He ended up talking over her trying to elaborate, so she declined the service with Patriot Maids. I felt like they only called us to try to upcharge us with services we didn’t need, and I’m very upset that they weren’t willing to listen and it did seem like they tried to twist her words to suit their sales tactics. After that experience, we didn’t feel comfortable trusting any cleaning service and we just (slowly) did the work ourselves today. I will definitely remember this experience.

Luz and her partner were extremely thorough. I expected that they would clean around objects on surfaces and around furniture, but they actually moved things off, cleaned the surface, replaced everything neatly. Straightened blankets and pillows and made beds. Moved furniture in order to clean the floor underneath. Bathrooms are spotless. My house is cleaner now than when we moved in. Never seen a more thorough maid service.

My neighbor has been using Patriot Maids for a while so I decided to give them a try recently and was very pleased with the service. Their cleaner was very pleasant and respectful. I work from home so she had to clean around me while I was taking meetings, and was never disruptive. She did a great job with the bathrooms and kitchen, which were in a state of disarray. I paid and made an appointment. I needed to move out of my 700sq foot apartment. After I booked and paid my deposit everything was fine.

Less than 24 hours before my appointment; I was notified that baseboards, blinds, refrigerator, ceiling fans and a lot more weren’t included and they are extra charges.

I was notified of this detail less than 24 hours of my appointment, so I couldn’t cancel without losing my deposit. I think it was $100.
Regardless, they violated my trust by pulling a bait and switch. I excepted the loss of my deposit versus continuing with this business.

They did a great job on my home and communicated with us all the way. We had Ava and her team and we’ve tried 3 different cleaning companies and this company and team has been the best so far. My house has many rooms and can be tedious to clean and they were very through! The floors were swept and mopped and it smelled great! Thank you for providing such great service 😊
