Nothing was cleaned, at all.

Three ladies for 2 hours:
Left clothes, did NOT mop, did not clean under the couch- as you can see in the picture there is still dust and toys, moved a shelf and behind was an old sponge and the floors and baseboards were not cleaned and sanitized. I wiped the floors in each room and they hadn’t been cleaned, as shown in the pictures.
Save your time and disappointment . I’ve had much better, I am shocked and don’t think the job is meant for these ladies that came in. Very disappointed. I just had back surgery and three small kids and we needed our place 1) cleaned and 2) sanitized. They did not even try 😞

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same experience as previous reviewers. I will say the house was very dirty due to 3 pets and health issues preventing regular cleaning. That said, photos were sent prior to the cleaning. This was a move out cleaning so everything needed to be spotless. When I checked it, they had broken the blinds, not cleaned some cabinets, and not cleaned the walls. When I asked them to redo the cabinets, you can see the results of me cleaning them the 3rd time in the picture. I was told they don’t clean walls. They only dust and remove cobwebs. If I had known that, I would have looked for someone who was going to actually clean the house. To top it off, as I was trying to wash the walls myself after they left, I discovered they had done something to the kitchen sink which now leaks water underneath as it runs. I wish I had the same great experience everyone else seems to, but this is what happened with mine. They were very friendly, at least and cleaned the floors and sinks/toilets well.

Awesome! The Magenta Team was great. The house is cleaner than when we first moved in. We are very pleased!

The yellow team was amazing! I am 39 weeks pregnant and having a team come in to make my home baby ready was a treat and lifesaver. I would recommend this service to anyone needing the extra help. I added the ceiling fan option and it was worth it! Each fan was hand cleaned (with a rag) and I was shocked at how much dust I had been missing by using an extending ceiling fan brush. I contacted the company on Tuesday and they were able to fit me in promptly. I hope to use this service again in the future.

Had the magenta team today, they did great! My house looks amazing. I cannot wait to have them back in a few weeks.

San Antonio ,Texas We are extremely satisfied with the cleaning service provided, we are condo complex in Alamo Heights. The team comes once a week on time and gets right to work. They’ve been cleaning for about three months now and have no complaints , Just complements. The board and owners are very satisfied with the cleaning work. We are glad we found them , an easy 5 stars.

I had Lupe's Home Cleaning do a deep clean before a gathering at my home, and they did a remarkable job. The ladies were very professional, took great care of my house, and it was clear they took their time. The restroom tiles in the shower look brand new, the kitchen is spotless, and even the baseboards, blinds, and fans were thoroughly cleaned. The best part was how fresh and clean everything smelled when they were done. I’m very impressed with their work and look forward to continuing to use them for my deep cleaning needs.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received and the way my concerns have been handled since.

During the cleaning, multiple items in my home were damaged. My guest bathroom sink now has several chips that were not there prior to the service. Paint was removed from my kitchen wall and trash can. A marble coaster was broken on a mirrored table, damaging both, and another mirror was scratched.

There were also serious safety and care issues involving my pet. I clearly communicated that my cat was not to be disturbed, yet blankets he was hiding under were immediately pulled back, which visibly traumatized him. Additionally, my front door was left open numerous times, despite the cleaners knowing there was a pet in the home. This was extremely concerning.

After leaving a very detailed review through the company’s internal survey, I received only a generic text message, with no phone call or meaningful acknowledgment of the damage or safety concerns.

More recently, I called and asked to speak with leadership. I was asked to send photos of the damage, which I did promptly. Since sending those photos, I have received no response—no return calls and no follow-up texts.

At this point, the lack of accountability and communication has been just as disappointing as the service itself. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The Blue Team did an excellent job. Within the hour limit, they accomplished the tasks I needed - cleaning the window blinds, cleaning the light fixture, and the ceiling fans. They were even able to clean the living room floor. Very happy with their work and they were very polite and friendly. Will ask for the Blue Team again for next time. Thank you very much!

I have scheduled for a move-out cleaning, and they have arrived EXACTLY ON TIME! I recommend them to all of my friends, as well as all of you, especially if you're looking for someone who is extremely detailed.
