Oasis Cleaning was excellent, especially as we were first time customers. We had a wonderful experience with the cleaning crew. They were on time, worked hard, and cleaned areas that we noticed they missed. We called to talk with Erica afterward and she helped us book our next cleaning and listened well to customize our needs. Anthony also gave us a discount for repeat cleanings. We had a previous cleaner who charged over $100 more and who didn’t clean as well as Oasis cleaning service. We are thrilled to have found Oasis!

They were awesome. I have three dogs, one cat, and two rabbits. I was worried the house would not be as clean as it was the day I moved in but they did it. I am beyond satisfied with the job. Definitely recommend Oasis Cleaning for anyone needing their home cleaned.

They arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They took great care in ensuring every room was thoroughly cleaned, from the kitchen counters to the baseboards. I was especially impressed with how they handled delicate surfaces and hard-to-reach areas.

Excellent work. Had the service for kitchen and bathroom and the before and after were night and day. I know I wouldn't have done half as good a job had I tried on my best day. The bathroom was particularly tough. Very pleased and will definitely be using them again!

They sent a crew that was fast, efficient very friendly. What would have taken me all weekend took them just a few hours.

My cleaning team did a fantastic job, even vacuuming out my window wells and getting up on ladders for high shelves. My home looks wonderful for a reasonable price, especially with the military discount. The only negative part of the experience was that my team was late with no heads up from the agency. They were very courteous and apologetic on arrival, but since I have no way to contact the subcontracted team ideally the agency would have let me know. Overall a great experience, I would recommend Oasis to anyone looking for a deep clean before a special occasion.

Since it was my first time having my home professionally cleaned, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was provided a list of what to expect before and after the cleaning was done. For a planner like myself, it was much appreciated! lol

They were so accommodating to my needs and helpful with any questions I needed answered. I texted a few times with questions and they responded within minutes. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need additional cleaning services!

I booked move out cleaning services, The cleaner arrived 5 hours late (7:30 pm) to my empty home. I went to the home the next day to see the results. The cleaner did absolutely NOTHING to my home. Nothing on the checklist was done. The cleaner left and didn’t notify me nor the manager that she was finished. It seems like she left with the intent to return the next day (see swept dirt picture). What would make a person think that they could enter back into a home that they don’t own? The manager didn’t offer a discount or anything, just plenty of “ I’m so sorry”. I don’t recommend this company at all. The management is out of touch with what their employees are doing.

Their attention to detail was outstanding—every corner of our home was spotless, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Had a bit of back and forth regarding the state an initial cleaner left my home in; which, of course, left a bitter taste in my mouth. Luckily, Anthony, the CEO, cleared it all up and made amends by sending another cleaner out, free of charge. The second cleaner, Karesha, did absolutely amazing. She took her time cleaning my dishes and even took it upon herself to re-do my bathroom even though I was mostly upset about the dishes being neglected the first go round. Everything was darn near spotless and it smelled great this second time around. Very grateful for the integrity this company showed in handling this.
