Erica and her team did an amazing job! We needed a deep clean and they were accommodating enough to fit us in for the same day. They were on time, friendly and professional. We have used other companies before and they do not compare. Erica’s team cleaned every inch of our home from top to bottom, and they worked nonstop for 4 hours!! Our home smells and feels so clean. We are extremely happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone needing housekeeping services in the future. We will definitely use them again. BB'Z Housekeeping is superb in everything they do. My request was for same day service and they did not disappoint. Erica is phenomenal and had a Great addition to their team. She was polite, friendly, detailed oriented and thorough in her work. I had another company drop the ball on follow up w/scheduling my cleaning when I needed it. I was told that they needed to get back to me due to the size of my house and never returned my call. I was disappointed because I've been a regular customer w/ the business previously. I sent a message for a quote and received a prompt response and an availability for the same week from Erica. The quote was similar to the other company so I know that the price is reasonable, but Erica was prompt with her response! She was responsive to my schedule needs. The team was professional, worked efficiently, were courteous and helpful. My active duty schedule has been so hectic and it was no way I could have gotten everything I wanted done in my home without their help. It has given me great peace to have my house deep cleaned by this amazing team. It was well worth the money. I will definitely use them again. Don't hesitate if you are considering a company. This is the right one!

My daughter was having surgery on her hip. I flew to Texas to help her. I decided to have her home deeped clean not sure who to contact. Of course I googled house cleaning services. I contacted the first three that showed up. BB'z Housekeeping LLC was the first and only one that contacted me. The company/employees were AWESOME. They cleaned from the top to the bottom of the house. I was amazed how beautiful the house looked once they finished. The house looks brighter it's so clean you would think my daughter is getting ready to put it up for sale. Words can't describe what a wonderful job they did. Oh, let me not forget they give me a time of arrival and they were on point.The price is reasonable I wish they had this company in Memphis.

This was my first cleaning from BB’z Housekeeping and I’m extremely happy. From the initial quote to the appointment set up was a breeze with chatting with Erica.. she responded quickly and gave me all the info I asked for. I had to fire my last cleaning service for unsatisfactory service ( broken decor, whole house of blinds were forgotten to be dusted, sticky mopped floors and what put the nail in the coffin was when I paid extra for a deep clean but they left the sinks full of dirt, didn’t scrub the shower and didn’t dust the furniture at all, I also had to pay extra for cleaning things that should be cleaned for a general clean) needless to say this was a pleasant experience that I hope will continue with each new clean in the future. My cleaner today Devaney was very detailed and got places the last company didn’t even think to get! The most obvious things to clean.. like come on! It’s so nice to pay for something and actually get what you paid for.. as of now BB’z will be my monthly cleaners but I feel that they will be permanently on rotation! Irene came to do my move-out cleaning and let me tell you, she did a phenomenal job! It was quick yet detailed for only being her on the job. I was quite impressed with it only being her and covered the entire house and it looks as though when I first move in! I would definitely use them again if my house ever needs a clean up in between tenants! 🙏🏽

As a mom of 2 boys, a husband that does wordworking out of our garage with a ton of sawdust and dirt, and 3 puppys - my house is constantly in shambles. Hair, dirt, dust EVERYWHERE. As a working mom, working from home, and slightly OCD (self diagnosed), I struggle to focus on and complete the more administrative tasks when my house is such a wreck. The ladies from BB'z were amazing. The did a beautiful job. I felt comfortable having them in the house with me. They were respectful of my work space the quiet needed, yet still extremely thorough working in the area also. I am excited to have them back every other week. I am grateful my company offers house cleaning services as a benefit and for BB'z for the phenomenal work.

I was so surprised at the level of detail with the deep clean BB’z did for us. We have two large indoor dogs, a cat, kids in and out of the house, it gets crazy, they came in and our house looks brand new! I was extremely impressed, so much in fact, i have decided to have them out every two weeks to keep our home looking great!
