Always 2 people to clean my house and always on time. The ladies are professional and courteous. My house is always well cleaned.

My assigned team (Destiny and partner) is awesome! I love their attention to detail across my entire home. They are so kind and patient with me being work at home and with 3 dogs here while they are cleaning. We (try to) stay out of their way and take orders from them on when to exit for them to do their thang lol
I really appreciate my dynamic duo and their care they give when in my home.

Last week I had the pleasure of doing cleaning for the first time in my house, and it was a very good option, the girls did a wonderful job, they were both very polite, always smiling, I will always recommend them, Cassandra and her companion, I forgot the name of her companion but both excellent.

Today was my first time using Molly Maid and I had a great experience! Darlin and Dayana did an amazing job very thorough. I am grateful for their help with mopping my floors and cleaning my bathrooms with excellence. Thanks!

First, they don’t send enough people, to clean. (I had a EMPTY 2500 sqft house ) however what they did clean it was satisfactory; bathrooms , cabinets etc.
But Then I’m contacted asking for more time! Maybe you should send MORE people to clean.
I told the person on the phone I had a lot of wood. It appeared to me that no wood care products were used, I’ve used wood care products and you can tell.
For a “DEEP CLEANING” I should not find any dirt on the floors. I ran my own mop and did it 3 times and each time the water was brown.
No one told me that if there was certain things they wouldn’t be able to clean they would just not do it, but OF COURSE I’m still charged.
That’s YOUR problem NOT the employees. They came in a small sedan which doesn’t fit adequate supply’s for a house that needs a DEEP CLEANING. I had to do more cleaning the day AFTER my DEEP Cleaning because of your companies inadequacy. It would have been less painful if I simply lost $650.
I’m about as disappointed as a customer can be and you bet I will tell anyone else I can tell. I feel CONNED out of $650 dollars!
I’m sure the cleaners they employ work their butts off so I do not place ANY blame on them. They were polite and did the best they could.

Elsa and Lorena always do a beautiful job for us. They maintain a very high standard and they are easy to work with. We have used Molly Maids for one-time cleaning with other teams, as well, and they have always done a thorough job. 10/10, am recommending.

Absolutely phenomenal, they cleaned more than I could have ever expected. What I thought was a stain on my tub apparently just needed these women and their elbow grease. Even the door hinges were cleaned!!

Molly maid the company is wonderful! Customer service is on point. If your home is not cleaned correctly. Call the main number. The mangerment is wonderful! They will send a crew out to correct the mistake. Been with this company since 2020 and I tell you, wonderful work, great prices, and very professional! Thank you Molly crew and staff

I needed to have my home cleaned while u was occupied with a family member in the hospital. Eva and Yerlis were very thorough and did a great job.

The team arrived promptly and immediately went to work. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were able to turn around my 2/2 1200 sq ft apt in a little under 3.5 hours. I would recommend the service to anyone needing move out deep cleaning. Very thankful to the team sent.

I have used this company before for move in/move out cleans and loved the jobs, so I decided to try them for a basic cleaning on my 2500 sq foot house. I was quoted for 3.5-4 hours, but I called to clarify that this was just a basic cleaning, nothing major. The man on the phone told me that as long as I clear out the walkways and main areas, it should take less time and I’d only be charged for that. Instead, the ladies came and spent 4.5 hours going as slowly as possible in my 2500 square foot house. They were cleaning cabinets and blinds, even though I expressly told two different people I didn’t need those services. They didn’t even finish the downstairs - leaving out my office, spare room and bathroom, and roughly 1/4 of the flooring not cleaned. I have been arguing all morning with the office saying I feel taken advantage of, like they racked up as many hours as possible on a simple maintenance clean. If I had let them finish, it would be been at least 5.5 hours. They are telling me they listened to the calls and they are saying I didn’t have the conversation with the man that I KNOW I had, and that he hadn’t assured me it would be less time since it was a basic cleaning. I know the conversation I had with them…so it’s upsetting. They refused to offer any sort of refund, only offered to send the crew out again to finish the job, which would have been very uncomfortable. I will never come back as a customer.

Appreciate the work of Cecilia and Destiny on route 9. Molly Maids are reasonably priced and are flexible with cleaning requests. They do a thorough job.
