This was my first time ever booking a home cleaning service. Molly Maid was suggested by a friend. Emily and Fabiana were excellent. I felt comfortable with them in my home. Polite and professional and they worked fast! Quality results.

Great job! Erica and Kelly cleaned the apartment I moved out of and I believe it’s cleaner than when I moved in originally! They were efficient, thorough and I was very pleased. Great service the first time, but the other times were underwhelming compared to the cost. The communication was lacking. Often I would not get calls or texts to say that I was scheduled or that a team was on the way. Once, a team showed up to my house with notice at all. When I tried to cancel I had to speak with multiple different people and make multiple requests for them to take me off the schedule.

Ruby and Valerie were amazing. The work they did was thorough and outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend asking for these ladies when you book a service. They are valuable assets to this company who should be appreciated for the quality work that they do.

Absolutely top-notch cleaning services. Both house keepers were extremely professional and pleasant. My house was sparkling clend with clean sheets and fleshly made beds. They get the Job done. Team 1 thanks for a job well done. 💚💚💚

Molly Maid comes every other week and does a great job. They are very dependable and show up as scheduled. I have used them for several years and plan for years to come.

Wow! I just had Molly Maid come out and do a deep clean/move-out! A 2-person team took about 6.5 hours to clean a 2,300 Sq Ft home. I have to say… they did a phenomenal job. They even cleaned the stove and refrigerator, but what got my attention was those bathrooms! Whoa! Highly recommend to all my friends and family! The money spent is worth every penny. I had another maid service (Spruce) cancel 6 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. I called MM and they were able to get a team to my apartment in about an hour! The girls did a LOVELY job - there was a lot of clutter in a small space, so they had a lot to navigate around..
I just picked my dad up from the hospital so it was particularly important that I have a clean place today - THANK YOU, Molly Maid!!

The cleaning service provided was unsatisfactory. The service included basic tasks such as cleaning countertops, sweeping floors, and cleaning mirrors. However, the execution of these tasks was lacking, as the countertops remained dirty, the floors were unswept, and the mirrors were not cleaned.
Additionally, there were significant issues with the staff's efficiency. One employee took an excessive amount of time in the master bedroom, nearly an hour, while frequently stopping to answer personal cell phone calls. This delay contributed to the incomplete cleaning of other areas, including the downstairs bathroom and the study, where dust remained on the furniture.
Most concerning is that during the cleaning process, an antique figurine and a glass container in the laundry room and kitchen were broken. They even broke the window blinds cover and hide behind the blind and the broken pieces behind the couch! This negligence reflects poorly on the overall quality of the service provided.

We’ve used Molly Maid for several months now. Ruby and Valerie have fine tuned our requests and leave our home sparkling clean. They’re a great team. Thank you ladies.

It was my pleasure to have Maria & Martha Rt#5 today as my cleaning team, they did an outstanding job, very professional, yet very friendly. I highly recommend them. I will gladly receive their services again.

Aside from showing up on time if I could give a half a star I would. I hired them for a “move - in” clean for 2 hours and told them during this time I wanted specific areas cleaned in my bathroom and kitchen in which only would take 30 minutes even if doing a deep clean. I leave and returned to my home 2 hours later both maids were still in the bathroom and kitchen area I left them in …. No shelves were cleaned off in my bathroom or closet , the specific areas I wanted address were NOT accomplished even after they said they were done… I go to the kitchen it was a very mediocre cleaning service and almost seemed the place was in worst condition after they cleaned it. I even had to point out areas that still weren’t done in the areas I specifically requested to be cleaned. As a “professional” cleaning service I had expected more attention to detail which I did not receive. I called the same day to express my displeasure in the service in which a lady answered as if she was smoking and coughing and confused as to I was calling and hung up. I then called a second time to explain to the lady and she told me someone would follow up with my on Monday to send out more maids to address the areas that weren’t cleaned ( which was in their policy ) . Monday came and I received no calls. The following day Tuesday I called them three times and my calls were declined. It is now wedsday and no one still has returned my calls I am requesting a full refund for this mediocre service and horrible customer service.

Great experience! I have tried several home cleaning companies over the past 2 years here in San Antonio and Molly Maids of San Antonio NW is the best of them. While the other 2 companies I tried do roughly the same quality of work, often it was hit or miss. They had problems with keeping experienced employees on the payroll and they were horrible with time management and often would either show up several hours late each time, or occasionally not at all.

Molly Maids is a professional organization that is well managed, well trained, and reliable. They set themselves apart by taking the time to do things right, and by respecting my time! When they say they are going to show up - they show up, if there is an issue with the appointment time they contact me. Sounds simple but that is not how other companies operate in this area.

So yes, they are very good at what they do, specifically Route #13 with Ana and Norma (my favorites), and the backend support they get from the office all combine to make this company my go-to choice for having my home cleaned. For those reasons, I am happy to recommended this company to others.

The ladies arrived on time. We did a walk through so I could show them what I wanted and they immediately went to work. They worked solidly for 2 hours without a break. They did exactly what I asked and the house looked clean! I would recommend this company. This was a move out clean so the house was empty. The ladies were friendly and professional.

Amazing! What an amazing job they did. When I walked in, I could just feel how clean it was. I had the pleasure to meet the owner as well and I could tell she is very passionate on what she does and the quality of work she provides. What she says is what you get. There was no cut corners, I got what I paid for and they did a fantastic job. I recommend using this company and no one else, you won’t regret it. They are very professional and kind.

Erica was very polite and professional. We rent our house and she has always been able to help on quick notice. Very clean each time and even helped with a recommendation on how to clean stained concrete. I would not hesitate to hire her company for any cleaning needs.
