The Deep Clean exceeded expectations, incredibly quality work and quick too for such a large home. Would definitely recommend and will be looking into their other services soon.

Irene and Davaney was the team that was assigned to do a deep clean of my house…let me make this short and sweet, they get on their knees and scrub and actually perform very detailed work, so good I wanted to tip them $100 personally, but I tipped them $110 instead online. This company will continue to stay at 5 stars ⭐️ at this rate.

Irene did an amazing job! She did a deep clean of our house before the holidays. All evening as we walked around our house we kept saying “oh my gosh, she cleaned this too!” Great experience.

They are awesome!!! Helped me declutter more so than any other company. They are very personable and could read me very well. They got rid of clutter I never could. The team that came and deep cleaned my house did an amazing job! The floor, baseboards, fans, carpets, windows bathrooms and everything was cleaned so nicely! I had a terrible experience with this company.
I had booked their services for a deep clean of my house. We had gone through multiple phone calls to discuss scope of work, rate, number of cleaners who would be present and they provided me with a checklist on what all would be cleaned.

On the day of cleaning, the cleaner Sonya W arrives with no idea of what all they are expected to do as part of deep cleaning and asked me instead. I referred them to the checklist. Ten minutes into the job, the company calls back asking for an additional $50 as pet fee. During the time of booking, none of them had asked about this or spoken about an additional pet fee charge. I declined to pay the additional fee to the company. A few minutes later, both the cleaners leave the house with no explanation. Even Erica, the lady handling scheduling for the company didn’t seem to know what the cleaners were up to.

Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for it. The scheduling lady Erica was helpful and apologetic through it all, and offered to send someone else. However, after the first experience, I was hesitant to let someone else from their company into my house again and declined.

Just had my first experience with Oasis Cleaning. Erica, at Oasis, was wonderful to work with scheduling to meet my needs. She thoroughly answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Hazel and Hector were pleasant and professional. They did a beautiful job cleaning my house. I've already scheduled my next cleaning!

Cleaner showed up an hour late. No call and no one at office answers the phone. Took 2 days to do a 4 hour job. They didn’t finish mopping, did not clean switch covers, left the thermostat on at 70. Horrible experience. Will never ever hire or recommend this company to anyone.
