San Antonio Pressure Washing soft washed our roof that’s well over 50 years old. We were concerned that the roof cleaning would damage the tiles, but they were able to get everything spotless with no issues.

Kobe was able to come out the same day and take care of some oil stains. Highly recommend for any pressure washing needs. He hit the stains twice to make sure they would come out as much as possible.

Kobe came and pressure washed my tall Victorian home last week. We planned a date well in advance and he called me the day before the date to verify that we were still on for the job. When he arrived the next day, we went over the house together and he described everything that he would be doing and set expectations. Kobe was quick and effective. My house had been neglected for years by previous owners, but Kobe had it looking like new in a few hours! I will definitely be setting up regular annual/bi-annual cleanings with San Antonio pressure washing!

They did a very thorough job with my all of my windows (inside and out!) and power washing my very old and stained concrete patio. What good is a beautiful view out a picture window if it is dirty. Now the picture is so much clearer, it's like I got a brand new TV. My patio looks as good as possibly could too — I should have taken before and after pics. Highly recommend!!

Kobe did such a thorough job removing spray paint from the concrete on my front porch, powerwashing my porch and and the back of my house where tons of dirt and leaves collect, and he was FAST! Super communicative as well. Highly highly recommend!

Kobe came out and gave us a quote months in advance. Once our board approved the quote they were able to get us scheduled within a week. Before completing the job kobe came back out and did a walk through to make sure everything was completed.

Had a few issues with pressure washing guys before, mainly with our grass getting killed from the chemicals. Kobe was awesome for us and took a lot of preparation to ensure our plants and landscaping would be safe throughout the cleaning. Our old siding looks brand new as well after the house wash, he even did our small patio for free as well.

He showed up when he said he would and was professional, friendly and understanding of any of my concerns. Kobe did my driveway, house and windows and everything is so clean it sparkles! Not easy to accomplish on a house over 100 years old. The result is better than I had realistically hoped. I believe he went above and beyond but did not change the price quoted, although I would have certainly understood had he done so. He was careful and respectful of plants, property and my neighbors. I would not hesitate to call on him again and my recommendation of him is an unqualified 5 star thumbs up. Thank you!

It’s refreshing to have someone who does what they say. In my experience some companies will tell you what you want to hear to get your business. They were honest and set proper expectations up front, but more importantly did a fantastic job on our house, driveway, and deck. Very satisfied with Kobe’s finished work.
