These selfless employees only care about the money going into they're pocket. Start lawn mowers every Wednesday at 8am at my apartment complex with no regard to residents sleeping. "ITS GOOD MONEY" an employee tells me,literally as im in my boxers yelling at them to start somewhere else. This place closes at 5, yet they start every Wednesday morning at 8am. The employees are rude, demeaning, careless, and absolutely loud! My son wakes up crying and screaming because he's scared of the noise outside his window. Ive complained to my office and now im having to relocate my unit due to the amount of noise.

I manage Riverhaus Creekside and have been using Heritage Landscaping for sometime. My rep Jasper has been nothing less than exceptional on and off the property. She goes above and beyond to make sure my grounds looks great! Thank you Jasper and Heritage for all that you do!

I don’t typically stop to take the time to write a review on any given company, but anyone out there looking to find a professional landscaping company should know this. I’m in the middle of opening up a new community that sits on 6 acres. I did my due diligence on reaching out to a multiple of landscaping companies and Heritage not only came in with the most competitive bid, several of their department heads came out to go over the property scope with me. I was more than impressed with their professionalism, & attention to detail. Now, with that being said I have not signed the contract yet because the site has not officially been handed over to me from the contractors that have built this community. Last week I had a situation where I was notified late in the afternoon that the city inspectors were coming out for their final inspections and part of that criteria was that the landscaping HAD to be manicured so the inspectors could sign off on it. Immediately I contacted the contractors landscaping company who did the install and they flat out refused to come address the landscaping before inspection. On a whim I called Jose Ramos, the branch manager with Heritage Landscapes at 3 pm to ask if there was any chance, I could get one of their crews to come out before 9 am the following day even though I had still not signed a contract. I was willing to pay them on the spot for this one-off service. Jose asked me to give him a few minutes then called me back and said they will shuffle and make this happen. Later that afternoon Jose came by with his crew leader just to walk the property to make sure they would come the next morning with everything needed to succeed. The next morning at 6 am not only was there a multitude of manpower on the ground, Jose himself was out here pulling weeds and directing what I can only explain as a well-tuned symphony of work. I asked Jose how I should handle paying them for this last-minute emergency and he simply said let’s focus on getting you covered for now. The property looks amazing, we passed our inspections and I have to say none of it would have happened without Heritage’s commitment to the customer rather than their own pocketbook. I HIGHLY recommend using Heritage Landscapes. Not only will your landscape look gorgeous, but the cost will more than impress your budget, and finally you will not find a more dedicated team that puts the customer first.

Heritage landscapes. Great people, great service and reasonable pricing willing to work with your property budget. From Sam to Jose, Ramos and Trisha I had the best service and response. Noah has also been very helpful.

Heritage has been the best landscaping company Extended Stay has worked with. I've managed 3 locations in Austin, TX and Heritage's outstanding upkeep has been consistent throughout each property. Not only is their work amazing but their landscapers, as well as Marlen, are extremely friendly and always make sure we're happy with the work being done. Marlen, the Business Development Associate, comes in and checks in on us weekly like clockwork. Staff and management really look forward to her visits. Overall the company is a 10/10!

I have been using Heritage on all my properties for years now. Amazing customer service, friendly and helpful staff, affordable pricing and great work. I would recommend to anyone looking for any type of landscaping needs. Tricia especially is absolutely wonderful!

Their employees should be reminded that they probably shouldn’t drive recklessly in a vehicle that advertises their company across the whole side of their truck.

I have worked with Heritage for going on 3 years now and I can not impress how great they are at what they do. I transitioned to a new property a year ago and had Wayne Newberry as my new rep and he has been delightful to work with. He goes above and beyond for his properties and ensures all work is completed to a high standard. He is proactive and has been readily available for any of our needs. I also worked with Ramos and Trish at my previous property and they gave the same excellent customer service. Heritage has competitive pricing and are definitely worth your business.

I love how when the worker people forget to do things or don’t finish things. The manager always comes on site to make sure things are done. He’ll even cut down trees. If there is one blocking a path Blake he is an amazing person and a great manager always make sure his team does everything correctly and follow through if they don’t.

This snobby lady in a Mercedes SUV with Heritage Landscaping all over it was driving through the HEB at least 10 mph when I, my wife and our 23 month old son in the shopping cart came out of the Schertz HEB. This lady saw us walking across the cross walk and sped up nearly hitting the cart with our son In it. When confronted about her dangerous driving she instead blamed us for walking across the crosswalk in a parking lot. So I guess it is okay for this woman (presumably the wife of the owner) to kill people that inconvenience her slightly.

Heritage landscapes has done many jobs for me in the past, this time I needed work completed at a property of mine in Alamo Heights and this class A tree trim job came out absolutely spectacular! Really i did not need to babysit anyone these guys got to work, did their job, and cleaned up as if nothing had happened! If you want true PROFESSIONAL tree trimming or anything landscaping call them you will not be dissapointed!

Probably one of the worst landscaping companies I’ve ever seen. Their guys cut the grass with weedwackers, which makes a huge mess. Then they blow dirt and leaves around everywhere and they always leave a bigger mess than was there before they got there. Myself and a good chunk of my neighbors can’t stand when they come by. Really wish my complex would drop these people. We had grass when I moved in 2 years ago. Now it’s just mud because they do such a terrible job. If you watch the video I posted, that used to be full of nice grass before these people ruined it. And all our plants are dead.

They also clogged the drainage pipes because they never actually clean up their mess, so now every time it rains hard, my apartment is about an inch away from flooding.

Beautiful place with large selection of plants, not a good selection of fruit and a little pricey.

RE Fanicks Garden Center: sorry but you misread my comment, I didn’t say fruit TREES (y’all had those plenty).. I was referring to FRUIT.. plants, vine, etc. more specifically strawberries. But thanks for the reply!

Very nice nursery with the usual and some very unusual plants as well. Prices on the unusual/uncommon plants are high but still reasonable.

Absolutely love it here! There are so many plants and trees to choose from but beside that it's just a great place to walk around.

Great selection of indoor/outdoor plants and trees, as well as friendly and helpful staff. Prices are competitive but I honestly would pay more because my experience is always so good.
