My experience with San Antonio Landscaping Concepts and Armando has been truly a negative one. Very unprofessional and unorganized company. Complete lack of communication, false promises and unsafe working conditions. Do yourself a favor, hire someone else.

Never finished work and never returned calls. Against my better judgement I hired Armondo to install sod. I paid him for (material) up front as requested and then he was a no show and no call. Never responded back to my calls or texts

Absolutely AWFUL experience!! Unprofessional work!!! I have a drainage problem which they put in sump pump and ran Exposed and uneven PVC piping around half of the front of my house and plugged it into outlet by front door!! It really ruined the cosmetic look of my yard!!!- they even drilled into the structure of my house!!! What the HE......!!!!!???!!! On top of all this there was no communication!!! I am now having to hire someone to undo what was done and perform the job correctly! (I had to give one star just so I could write review—- they deserve ZERO stars)

Be aware of this company, they have another lawn company also called ‘A-Affordable Lawn & Tree Co’. They quoted me $50 to mow the lawn at the duplex I own and only did half of the backyard leaving the other half un-mowed. When I reached out asking why my tenant is saying their half of the yard wasn’t mowed, Lili was very unprofessional and rude, she said the I was being ‘abusive’ and demanded me to send the payment. Now I am left with half of the lawn unmowed and overgrown and need to pay for someone else to come out and mow.

I had a good experience with this company from beginning to end. They installed the whole landscaping in my new home. They showed up on time for the estimate, their price was very competitive, but gave us great svc and great quality. Something minor came up after and they came back to fix it. Very pleased

Based on reviews, we hired Armando to complete a large project that included clearing our back yard, installing six pallets of grass and adding additional sprinklers. Plus, deweeding, clearing and landscaping our large front entrance. Needless to say it was a substantial project and amount of money. We spoke in detail multiple times before we paid him more than half up front. After payment, things changed quickly, we became concerned when he tried to change what we initially agreed to and increase the price. By this time we had already paid thousands. He tore up our backyard when adding the sprinklers and did not fix it. He attempted to charge us for 7 pallets of grass but when we measured it was only 5.5 pallets. He stated the project would be 3 days to one week and we were now at three weeks with multiple no show days and much more to be done. He hung up on us and raised his voice when we questioned the increases and concerns. We decided to loose money, to avoid any further interaction. Doesn't appear to be equipped to handle large projects.

I was having drainage issues and mud was sliding towards my house. Armando came to our rescue. Quick, fair pricing and great craftsmanship. Crew was very professional. Looking forward to our next project together!!

Had an issue with the pressure reducer valve, contacted owner Mr De La Pena.
He showed up fast to fix the problem, got a new valve installed, he made sure the pressure was within the appropiate range. Pricing was reasonable. I was very happy with his service, will recommend to anyone

I was very happy and completely satisfied with their work. They kept the appointment and worked hard until the job was complete. Kept me informed all throughout the project. I would recommend them !

Be very careful with this company, representive was unable to give me an itemized statement so I had no clue what i was paying for, but I was desperate to get work done, so against my judgement was going to move forward, then she called me wanting half the money in cash to buy materials, said I could leave cash under my mat. The guy never showed and she never bothered to contact me. I cancelled the appointment because this feels like a shady company. Be VERY careful, i am getting a more professional company to do my job

We had a drainage problem. Had a hard time getting quotes from other companies and if we got a quote it was an outrageous price. Armando came in said it was simple job. Gave us a quote in writing right there on the spot and was so fair and honest. We hired them. They came the NEXT day! Finished that same day! Awesome job! Fair and Honest prices! They mean what they say! They said the would be there at a certain time they were there right on the dot!

Just had some fantastic masonry and stone work done by this company! Not only that, Armando personally came out ( arrived sooner than what we had scheduled) and he was able to diagnose and kill the weeds in a trouble area where I kept having no success after spending lots of money on useless products from home depot. The prices were reasonable, but I was most impressed with the knowledge Armando had about the work that needed to be done, so we will be using them from now on as he personally stands by his work, is punctual, the price was below what others quoted me, and the personalized service I was received was unbeatable!!!

Went by the location listed and they aren't there. Not as in absent from the office but I was told their business is no longer at that location. 24/7 listed as hours? So weird and unprofessional.

This is the second time we have used Xeripro and we love them! Esteban and his team do fantastic work. It’s a fair price, and they get it done in a timely matter. We couldn’t be happier!!
