We had Pristine remove old landscaping and grass (well mostly mud) and replace with new plants, decorative rock, flagstone, and a smaller area of sod that we could manage more easily. Greg and Manuel worked hard to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the job. Everyone was respectful of our property and very easy to work with throughout the project. We are very happy with how the yard and new fence door turned out and Pristine stayed within our discussed budget. Attaching some before and after pics!

Pristine Landscaping did an outstanding job in totally redesigning my backyard. Gregg and his crew led by Manuel exceeded our expectations. They did everything they committed to do, which is a rarity these days among contractors. Especially showing up when they said they would, in in most cases early! This alone deserves five stars. We hired Pristine Landscaping to revitalize a dead part of our backyard with river rock and plants. Gregg was communicative throughout the process, the team was efficient and friendly, and the costs were transparent and reasonable.

We have a small wall in our backyard the team needed to dismantle and put back in order to access the work area. They fixed like nothing had happened and cleaned up well after the project.

We hired Pristine to do a major project. Our yard was damaged when a brick fence collapsed and a water wall rushed through our beds, yard, and fence stripping everything in its path, uncovering the sprinkler pipes and breaking the system in the process. Pristine offered the MOST worry free experience I have ever had in my 50 years and delivered a beautiful yard that we very much enjoy now. Gregg, Brad, Manuel and the crew were amazing. Gregg and his team did a total redo of our back yard 18 months ago and we were so pleased with the results that we hired him to do the same for our front yard that had suffered from and 15-year-old landscape design that just didn't work anymore. We are very pleased with the results. Pricing was very fair, and Gregg went out of his way to make revisions to the plan when some of the originally chosen plant materials weren't available in the desired size. I would definitely recommend Pristine if you need a landscape redo.

Good communication with management, installation crew and their suppliers. Crew showed up at the time they stated they would be on site. Site was cleaned up after each day they were on the job. Pristine Landscaping recently completed a landscape renovation in our courtyard that has turned out just beautifully. This job was one we had put off for several years for many reasons...the underground drainage system in the area was working perfectly and we were afraid it would be damaged or compromised by making any changes in the area. Also we have a lot of underground electrical wiring to an outdoor fountain and wiring for lighting and outdoor speakers. Lastly, it was literally right outside our front door. Anyway it had finally gotten so unsightly that it had to be addressed. We interviewed three landscape companies and chose Pristine because we really liked Greg, the owner of the company, the level of expertise needed for the job was evident, and his pricing quoted was very fair.

The job took 5 1/2 days to complete and I tell you, it looks amazing!. The workers were very knowledgeable in all the areas mentioned above, especially the drainage, also grading the area, laying the flagstone and building beautiful borders around the planting beds. They worked really hard and were very pleasant to deal with. They are true artists! Greg is extremely honest and trustworthy. We are SO pleased with the finished result. The courtyard looks amazing and all the underground concerns were professionally maintained and also improved. I also should mention that the completely emptied our fountain and cleaned it out and it looks lovely! We highly recommend this company

We recently had the pleasure of working with Pristine Landscaping to transform our front and backyard. Gregg, Manuel and the guys did an outstanding job on our landscaping. We totally redid the front and backyard of our new home. The process was smooth and well done from the initial meeting with Gregg through completion and cleanup.

Gregg listened to our thoughts and his designer developed an excellent plan that truly reflected the layout and types of plants we had envisioned.

Communication was great during the work with Gregg making a site visit every day to discuss progress and address questions and concerns. He also provided daily notes regarding what would be done in the coming days. Manuel was almost always on site directing the crew and available to answer questions.

The materials used were good quality and the plants looked healthy and added a vibrant and fresh look to our landscaping.

Overall, the excellent communication, high-quality materials, and meticulous attention to detail made our experience with Pristine Landscaping exceptional. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful results and highly recommend Pristine Landscaping.

The crew that came out to do the work was polite and respectful throughout the process. They worked hard to complete the job and made sure the wall was built solid and sturdy. Communication was prompt, and they showed up as scheduled. I appreciate their efforts and the time they put into finishing the project.

Gregg and Manuel exceeded our expectations transforming our front yard. We had some significant plumbing issues which left our yard and walkways a horrible eyesore and unsafe. Gregg promptly followed up with me when I first contacted him for an estimate and we soon had a plan on how to get our yard back into shape. Our job took about a week and the guys were great from start to finish. The communication was strong throughout and now we finally have a yard we can be proud of. Everyone was up front, honest and made us feel like family. My husband and I recently purchased an older home located on top of a very rocky hill. Existing landscaping was an eyesore and soil erosion was problematic due to improper drainage. The irrigation system provided inadequate yard coverage with several damaged sprinkler heads. We sent an SOS to Pristine and Greg, the owner met with us. This man is amazing; we felt like we were talking to an old friend. He patiently listened to all of our landscaping needs, wants and concerns. He met with his Landscape Architect and, 1 week later we had a beautiful, yet practical design plan. 3 weeks later Manuel and his crew began; the entire project took 8 days to complete. Irrigation system was extended and heads repaired/replaced; retaining walls were built; new concrete stairs were added to our elevated concrete deck; beautiful, bordered planting areas, complete with plants, were installed. Natural flagstone and river rock completed the job. Pristine Landscaping owners and employees are knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and work hard to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. I’m extremely happy with the gorgeous patio built for me by Pristine Landscaping. Gregg communicated every step of the way and the team led by Hugo are just absolute master craftsmen! It’s a masterpiece and I can’t wait for it to cool off a bit so I can spend all of my time out there! Sod still to come but waiting for a little cooler weather.

We had a lot of yard landscaping done and are very happy with the job Pristine did. The work looks great and they were on time with the schedule they laid out for us.

Our house was a mess.  Pristine Landscape came in and used their in house design team to give us some great ideas. We were looking to remove all grass and go total zero-scape with rock and drought resistant plants but my wife still wanted a lot of color. Gregg and his crew got started and were great to work with. The steps were very clearly laid out in the blueprint and costs were itemized on the bid/contract. The job was finished on time and on budget.  We could not be happier with the outcome. Prior to starting I met with Gregg multiple times to go over the plan and met with Manuel to do a walk through both before and after the project was finished. Gregg was hands on from the moment he arrived. He helped facilitate working with the landscape architect, review design, gave input for changes we wanted and fine tuned a few things to our liking. The work was done in a timely manner and problems that arose were dealt with rapidly. We were on vacation when project was completed, but Samuel, our irrigator was very communicative and returned to adjust a few items after we came back from our vacation. Both Gregg and Samuel were very easy to work with and did a beautiful, quality job. We will definitely use again for any future landscaping projects we will have.

This was a great process from beginning to end. After we receive the design, we were fit in to their very busy schedule quickly. Although our job was smaller than some of their others, the Pristine Landscaping team never made us feel we weren’t worth the bother.
