I called to request movers to unload a U-Haul into a one bedroom apartment. I called two weeks in advance and paid a $100 deposit. I explained to the representative that I spoke with that I was coming in from out of town and needed an afternoon time frame to meet the movers.
I was assured that this was not a problem.
I received an email two days before our scheduled move that our move had been canceled. I then received an email that I needed to contact them to discuss the move. I called and was informed since it was Halloween that they couldn’t get their trucks out and would only be able to do the move in the morning hours for the safety of their drivers. They didn’t need a truck they were asked to unload a U-Haul at 3:00 in the afternoon! I asked the manager who I spoke to since I didn’t know the area if he could recommend a moving company since we were two days out before we had to move and I was told no company would unload on Halloween. I found another company that had no problem with the afternoon timeframe. I could have done without the added stress and a better explanation/excuse as to why All My Sons moving would not fulfill their commitment.
I tried discussing with a manager with no success and now I am forced to leave a negative review to warn others of their practices.

Genuinely, this has been the best moving experience I’ve ever had!! Mr. Harley Trudeau, Devin, and Augustine, moved my family and myself from the outskirts of west texas into a two story house in San Antonio. They handled everything with such care and reliability. The team even dissembled and reassembled our electric bed frames, sofa recliners, and all appliances that we were having major difficulty with. They did this all with good humor and finesse. We don’t think we could have had a better team than Harley, Devin, and Augustine, and I will be highly recommending them to my friends and family well into the foreseeable future! Affordable, efficient, and effective ⭐️

Abraham and Deja were professional and super helpful during our move. They worked diligently and took care of our stuff like it was their own. Wonderful working with them! Highly recommend requesting this crew with this company. Incredible job guys, and thanks to All My Sons Moving company!

It was good except the guys broke one of my shelves messed up a couple of my other items as far as I can see now still going through things.

Stephen and his team were fantastic. Arrived during time window and began working right away. Loaded the truck and worked great getting all new furniture into the new house.

Once again, All My Sons Moving Co. was amazing. Gabe and his crew were fast and efficient! They were very careful with our belongings as well as be careful with the walls in our new home. They get 6 stars of 5 stars 😄

Outstanding Service!
After another company completely no-showed on us, I called All My Sons Moving & Storage and within just 3 hours they had two movers and a truck at my door. They were careful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. They truly saved the day and turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend them!

I was actually happy with my experience with this company at first. However by the time the mover were done moving everything in I was charged $315 over the price I was quoted. I was moving out of a 1 bedroom and I wrapped and packed all my own stuff and my daughter and I took apart and put together our beds and couches. My grandson disconnected the washer and dryer so all the movers had to do was put the stuff on the truck and take it off and my daughter still tipped them $60(that’s before she knew about the missing items). Once I started unpacking I noticed some of my things were missing (3 things that I know of so far but I am still unpacking so there may be more). I called the company and I also tried reaching out to one of the movers and I have not received a response yet. When I hired them they were answering the phone very quickly but now I can’t get anyone to answer my calls or respond to email or text. If you look at all the negative reviews you may notice that everyone that had a bad experience with this company have the same issues(overcharged, destroyed or missing items, and company is unresponsive after complaint is made).

The guys went above and beyond customer service. They were patient and professional. The worked quick and fast. I had no worries - they did a great job and I was impressed. Thanks again.

Last weekend we moved our elderly mother close to us. We had the crew of Larry and Devin. They were very kind, carefully moved items, and were very professional. I would work with this company again. Thank You for the great work!

Abraham and his crew were so helpful with my sister’s move. She recently had surgery so I came along to help and barely had to do anything! Very careful with everything fragile & quick! Would definitely recommend!!

Living on the third floor with no elevator and We had an excellent experience with our movers, especially Oliver Pacheco. He was professional, efficient, and extremely respectful of our home and belongings. The team worked quickly without rushing or damaging anything, and Oliver made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. Moving is stressful, but Oliver truly made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! The crew arrived right on time and didn’t waste a minute. They were polite and professional throughout the move and kept up communication as parts of the job ended up larger than requested. They were easy to work with and took good care of our furniture. Would highly recommend.

Harley Trudeau with his team of 3 Rs were amazing. I can't say enough great things about Harley, Rick and Ralph. Rick can stack more things in a truck or storage unit than you would think possible. Ralph could wrap and move everything so handily. Harley took great care with boxing each piece of my artwork, and in-between carried things out to the truck, overseeing it all. The only one they had to patiently instruct was the new guy, Robert. Robert worked for another moving company but that company never wrapped anything. Made me thankful I went with All My Sons.

Today, Stephen, Rick, Joe, and Courtney brought everything back! They went about and beyond. They reassembled the kitchen and dining tables, couches, beds, and TV with stand. They even helped me by placing my headboard and footboard under my bed for storage - I don't use it. They put my glass table top back, which I was forever grateful for. Joe is a real hustler. Stephen had all his tools and figured out how to put everything back together. Rick can stack and direct traffic! Courtney is so sweet and helpful. They even dusted cobwebs and dust bunnies off the bottom of furniture before bringing it in the house. Extra care!

The team even came in below my quoted bid saving me $350. I will definitely use them next time.

I just want to provide an edit here. I had a lady call me and ask me to edit or take down my review in exchange for $200 (which is “double” what they offer normally). $200 for the thousands of lost money? She told me I could think about it and reach out to her with questions. I had my legal professional review the documents and politely ask a few questions. She ghosted me. I wouldn’t trust the reviews on Google as it seems they’re attempting to monetarily compensate people to take them down.

I can't say enough how you should not hire All my Sons.

We used them to pack our belongings into 2 large pods. Our house was small and it was estimated that we wouldn't even need two. The poor packing of the movers led us to need 4 pods (an extra few thousand in pod rentals). The movers on the other end expressed several times how poorly the pods were packed. Our refrigerator was placed (front) metal against the metal of the pod. It's scratched and dented. We purchased plenty of packing blankets and supplies. Our washer and dryer no long work properly. Our couch, recliner, coffee table, and several dining room chairs are damaged due to negligence.

The movers also left us the first day (came at 8am) at around 12pm. They said they'd come back the next day when the rest of the (unneeded) pods came. My husband and I were left to drag items and pack with twin toddlers alone. It was an excruciating day. We had to push the closing of our home back.

To top everything off, I called and they sent me a claims form to fill out. I spent hours gathering old receipts for items and filling it out. They then turned around and denied it because I had them pack a third party pod. 1- Why wouldn't they say that on the phone before wasting more of my time?? 2- The contract is unreasonable and one sided. They are taking no responsibility for gross negligence.

Beware.

Great, Great moving company. They were quick, careful and very professional. I have had terrible moving experiences so I was afraid to move again, but after thorough research All My Sons had came up as a very trustworthy company. They did not disappoint! My things were moved so fast and my final payment was almost half of my quote. They did not try to find fees, I just saved money due to their speed. Nothing ended up broken or damaged. Everything cared for and reassembled. No walls or floors were even marked up. The only moving company I have found that I would actually recommend to my family and friends.

This was a last second emergency. I literally called at noon asking for help and they got a crew here within two hours.

Overall amazing experience with this company, it was my first time hiring movers and I went with what I found to be the best while shopping online. Greg came out to estimate within 48 hours and was very knowledgeable and thorough and gave me a quote on site. Victor was the lead of my designated crew and him and his crew members did an outstanding job, I would definitely recommend this company and this crew lead and his crew hands down. If I have to go through the moving process again I hope to have this company and both of these fine gentlemen back In my corner for the assist! Well done guys!

I don't think i have ever experienced quite the level of professional service from any moving company during any of my previous moves, quite like the level experienced with All My Sons Moving Co. They have definitely set the bar for professional excelence! I highly recommend them!
