The team showed up right on time and made quick work loading our POD. The whole team was very courteous. They carefully and efficiently packed all our belongings.

My experience with Chapa’s Moving Service was great! The booking process was smooth and the whole moving process went as expected, they arrived 15 mins before the time scheduled to check everything was good to go, they even sent me an extra person which was greatly appreciated, they brought all of the equipment needed to take care of our belongings and transport them safely to our new home! Thank you Chapa’s !!!

This was my 1st time using this company. They moved me 6/8/24. The one mover was pushing my new white dresser down the ramp he fell and my dresser hit the ground. No one said anything about it except for the heavy set guy.. lucky I also so him fall . I have damaged my dresser so I called Dave and he gave me an email. I sent a message to the email address.. haven't heard anything. You need to make sure they don't break anything while moving!!! The guys were nice. My dresser is loose on the bottom and on the sides!! The drawers and knobs are loose. The bottom is messed up. I couldn't move my dresser because it's heavy but the back is messed up 2 .

Absolutely perfect! From the time that i set the appointment, their system kept me informed as to their progress, arrival and end time. Very professional. Everything was moved with care. Not only do they use big blankets but wrap everything as well. Very impressed. They moved me from Laredo to San Antonio all in one day. Complete 3 BR home with appliances and all into a 4BR 2 Story home. Highly recommended!!

Very professional, friendly service from scheduling an appointment to delivery and setup at my new place. I highly recommend this company. Dave (dispatch) and Saul and the other 2 movers were all top tier. They were very commutative about what I should expect and extremely delicate with my precious art piece. I would easily hire them again.

Great great moving company team of Christia, Bobby and Alex. Before I start my review, please dont use All My Sons Moving And Storage. My family had such a terrible experience with them it almost tainted us on using movers. Now back to Chapa's. From the first phone call with a team member I believe named Dave, my experience was on point and great. We were given a REAL quote and prices were broken down and explained along with the move, equipment needed, truck and team size. It was all easily discussed on the phone and then sent in a confirming email and text afterwards. On move day the crew showed up a little early and it was great. We we were provided constant updates on their ETA. We did a walk through with them, of the home and then discussed the move which was from our home..to a storage building, empty that storage building and then bring everything to our new home and unload. Not a small job at all that required multiple very large and heavy pieces of furniture that needed to be disassembled and then reassembled and a very heavy grill. The team of Christian, Bobby and Alex were great! Extremely pleasant, professional, Hard working and Competent. It was a lot of work and they did not let up or slow down and knew what they were doing and worked well together. My wife and I were extremely pleased. Do yourself a favor and stay far far far away from All My Sons...dont use them..and call Chapa's immediately if you need to move. We got lucky and got a mailer so we found out about them that way but you wont be disappointed. From start to finish it was A+ service and I hope that team of Christian, Bobby and Alex stay with Chapas because they are huge assets.

Rey and Rodger made moving from San Antonio to the RGV a breeze! Not only that, but the estimate from Chapa’s was competitive compared to other movers. They always communicated with me the entire commute and were not only efficient with the move, but so friendly to myself and my family. I had to add a bonus pic of Rey with my cat who also loved the attention from the two guys 😂

Had started my day by calling to arrange movers to help me to relocate, agreed to the price and time, and when I call to ask where they were at they informed me they will not he there till way later than we agreed upon, no communication of delays and because it was booked the same day they wouldn't refund the deposit. Its a 100 dollar lesson I learned today, my best advice for this company would be, communicate with your clients and dont double book calls if yiu can't make the trip. Time is valuable and wasting a customers day isnt a good business model for a logistics company.

After receiving several mailers from moving companies in advance of our move, I decided to reach out to Chapa’s Movers. Their pricing was fair and their intake team was very patient and educational. The day of the move was seamless. Their team was early and disassembled, packed, moved, and re-assembled all of my furniture like pros. The movers were very friendly and couldn’t have asked for more. 10/10 service

both moving guys were very hard working, courteous and experienced. They both deserve recognition from the boss and are an asset to Chapa Moving company.

Called the company for a quote for my move that was in three days and they fit us in! They sent over two guys that worked very hard and were professionals. They finished in the time quoted and I was very happy with the results.

These guys are really top on what they do. My experience was great end to end. They came on time, did an excellent job moving out and installing furniture in our new home. The crew was fast and careful to avoid damages on the property and the furniture and boxes. Highly recommended!

I’ve traditionally always booked a U-Haul truck and hired movers to load and unload. Decided to try Chapa’s this time for an in town move and I’m glad I did. I did not lift a finger, they were on time, communicated through every step, and the two men were hard working friendly and respectful. Paying by the hour makes me nervous, but they were efficient and wasted no time.

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would – Damaged My Home, No Response, No Accountability

I had a truly terrible experience with Chapa's moving service and I feel obligated to warn others. During my move, their team damaged the front door of my brand new home — which was bad enough. But what followed was even worse.

I have made multiple attempts to contact upper management, submitted photos of the damage, and followed up repeatedly. I have not received a single response. No call. No email. No apology. Absolutely no effort to take responsibility or offer a solution.

To make matters worse, my furniture wasn’t even brought inside the house. It was left outside, and the movers just left — job unfinished. For a paid moving service, that’s completely unacceptable.

This entire experience has been nothing but a letdown. Poor service, no communication, no accountability. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

Do yourself a favor and hire a company that actually values their customers and stands behind their work. This was unprofessional from start to finish.

This morning we had Jose, Saul, & Johy.
This company is budget friendly and the team arrived promptly. The guys were super helpful with making suggestions and coordinating with my husband. We had the service for 2 hours & my whole house is basically packed. They were careful with our larger items like a heavy wooden book case, china cabinet, entertainment stand, & all of our bedroom furniture. I would 100% Chapas Moving Service. The group of men we had are really great. Everything in the uhaul is extremely organized and they made everything fit nicely.

The Team did an excellant job and very professional! They were awesome. A great representation of the company. Even though there were a lot of women making changes at the last min. They were very patient and giggled with me trying to understand the changes. It was hilarious.

Chapa's Moving Services are honestly the best! I needed an asap appointment and honestly I didn't think they'd help me out bc I had called 3 other companies before them and none had availability, but Chapa's had appointment times for the very same day, and charging less than the others so I immediately booked with them!!!
They were on time, extremely respectful, very fast and organized, handled my items with care and wrapped them appropriately. They explained how everything would be loaded and secured on to the truck to avoid damages.
Customer service and dispatch both 10/10 highy recommend this company.
