I want to thank Gerry and Vanessa so much for removing my old items. I had been calling around and everyone else was very pricey 500 dollars to remove a couch and a queen size mattress?? But not Gerry and Vanessa, and they removed everything I wanted them to for cheap. A queen size mattress, a sectional couch, an old 55in tv and tv stand. They were early, professional, and hard working. I will definitely use them again. I also like to recommend anybody else who is looking for someone reliable and willing to help each other out. Instead like other places charging you an arm and a leg... I'm rooting for the underdogs...

So very professional and so very kind. When I submitted my request with my issue, Chad called me and listened as I explained the issue I was having with my Christmas tree lights. He had a couple of jobs to do and committed to coming by in the afternoon. He called and confirmed when on his way. Upon arrival, he had his tools and immediately got to work trying to figure out what was going on. He figured it out in 20 minutes and refused payment. Chad took the time to explain exactly what I would need to replace and later confirmed I was able to get the part I needed. I am so very grateful -such a very kind person!
