This company does not care about your things but instead the dollar that is what you are to them THEY TRASHED ALL MY ANTIQUES BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY. They WILL NOT cover any damaged they cause. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. As long as I am breathing I will let People know what to expect from them. They will lie claiming your things were already damaged when in fact they weren’t. They hire inexperienced people to do the moves. I have before and after pictures to prove the damages but yet they denied the damaging of ALL my Antiques DO NOT HIRE they damage and steal!!! The pictures are before and after!

This was my first time using a moving service, Chapas Moving Service really made the experience wonderful. The process to schedule an appointment was very easy and the customer service was great. The men who helped me transport all of my furniture were respectful, polite and were great about communicating everything with me. I am glad we decided to reach out to this company, I highly recommend.

When I agreed on the move we agreed on the day. So I waited for quite a while, since the window for them to arrive is 2 hours, then read the email I received and it was a completely different day. Had to change my schedule around to accommodate. The guys were very good and efficient.

I was so disappointed with the service this time. I had used your company back in 2022, Service was great then. The crew was very personable and friendly. They were NOT wrapping or using moving blankets to protect my furnishings. I was constantly asking them to wrap my items. I did not have alot to move, so I assumed all would go smoothly. 1 young man, (short, heavy set) never wrapped or used blanket to move my items, even after I asked him to do so. I realize they were tired and hungry, but this was not done free of charge. I found a piece of my furniture on the floor in bedroom. (Pictures included) just hoping your service gets better, not worse, as the years go by.

Chapa's Moving Service did a great job. I had a very large project of moving and storing our files in a very detailed specific way. They were hard-working and did everything to my specifications. They did so well, we hired them again for a second job. Again, they did everything I needed done, the way I wanted it. They were very easy to work with, and friendly too. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company. They made my job easy and I can go back to my boss and show him a job well done.

We are so thankful for Chapa’s Moving Service. My husband called to schedule movers the week of Christmas, a very inconvenient time to move… When no one else had availability this company showed up! Bobby and Angel were absolutely lovely to work with and had our moving pods packed quickly. Thank you for bringing some peace of mind to our stressful moving situation. I would 100% call them again!

I hired Chapa's to move my father's very large, very delicate grandfather clock recently to my home. Everyone I dealt with from booking to delivery was very friendly and professional. The booking person was nice enough to explain how they move clocks to assuage my worries over this very sentimental item. They secured the clock well, and knew to remove the weights and pendulum as well as securing the chimes. The clock arrived across town safe and sound. A+ service, would hire again.

Excellent choice! I am glad I went with Chapa's. I explained I had delicate cream/white colored furniture and they assured me my furniture would be wrapped and taken care of. They were right! Prompt arrival and worked every single minute they were here. The movers were friendly and asked questions before, during and after on what was going into the truck. Highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

This is the second move I’ve used Chapa. Both times they were really nice and professional. They are better priced than the other companies I called in the area. They made good conversation while moving, which made the overall experience more delightful. They were very understanding and accommodating when my move was scheduled and then pushed a day all within 24 hrs. I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon but if I needed to, I would definitely call these guys again.

The staff at the Garden Center is always very helpful. I really appreciate the Lowe's staff.

Stopped by after work on Saturday 8/4/18 & the young man Danni from the garden center was very helpful and actually friendly compared to the other employees I've come across in the garden center. I went back today for another hibiscus only to see that the entire section or hibiscus were full of mealy bugs.

Junk Junkies came with a very reasonable price, on time, picking up every piece of junk I needed gone. I would use them again, for sure. Don't waist your time and money on anyone else. Choose The Junk Junkies!

We needed a couch removed from an upstairs loft. Was quoted 75 dollars. We agreed to the quote amount. Gentlemen showed up. Couch needed to be moved by two people but was only a single gentleman that came. Told us that he would be back the following day to remove the couch. Later that day he texted and asked to raise the price to 125.00. We said no to the increase of price due to the quote that was given Gentlemen than cancelled the next day appointment and told us to go some where else. Not a very good business practice

The Junk Junkies work FAST. That is their key selling point. They are also extremely affordable like the other below reviewer said.
