Making the appointment was really easy and done all online. The technician was prompt and very polite and professional. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is how expensive it was. I've only been in my home for 3 years and obviously don't overuse my fireplace here in Texas. Yet it needed a "deep clean" for $500. Plus the dryer vent "deep clean" bringing the total to $1000.

I asked them to come out for a chimney sweep before hosting family and they fit me in pretty quick. They cleaned out thick soot and checked the liner for safety so we wouldnt have any surprises, which was a lil stressful at first. Ended up being a FANTASTIC visit and everything works great now.

Our experience with them on a flue liner repair was way less stressful than I expected thanks to Jhonson Chimney Company. The chimney sweep explained the options and the work passed our follow up check. Pricing felt fair for the amount of labor.

Advisors were professional attentive listened and respected property. I would highly recommend!

He arrived early, explained what he did throughout the process, and got our dryer working great again. He even fixed an issue that was sadly created by our builders.

There are piece of cr...p. They don't know how to talk to people. They talk down to you while the other walks around your home unescorted. While the other is distracting you. Ran them off.....they are false advertising ALL AROUND !!!!!!!

Lacks professional etiquette. After receiving a quote, I asked for clarification and received a sarcastic smart ass response without even answering my question. Regardless of price quotes, I would not give my money to a business that lacks the ability to be professional.

first they arrive late I have to tell them about 3 vents they missed wanted to charge extra for deodorizing One of the guys sits down as if he was in his own home

Quick, cheap and efficient service! Placed the call and lady on the phone explained the details. Tech showed up within the time frame provided and did and amazing job. Very pleased with the service.

The “UV light” we bought and had them install turned out to be nothing but a normal light. Definitely a scam. Over $1,200 down the drain.

I was very pleased with the service. Dryer only takes half the time as it did before being cleaned out. I usually have the dryer vent cleaned every year. This company did a much better job than the previous company.

My father in law used their services. They ripped him off. They basically did nothing. They went into the attic to see which vents were connected together, they still got it wrong. The main guy must have no idea what he is doing b/c he hooked up the large vaccum to the vent connected to the wrong side of the house. The house has 2 a/c units. Then his associate used a small blower and blew the vents connected to the other unit. So he hooked up the vaccum to the unit we did not want cleaned but used the blower on the units we did want cleaned. So what he did was nothing because the vaccum needed to be hooked up to the right unit for it to do anything at all. The vents looked the same after he was done, but he did not care and just left. He made him pay and then he left. He was actually training another guy so I feel sorry for that guy b/c he's not learning the right way to do it.

never use these people again. Very unprofessional, they came at 12:30 and at 5:30 my wife,who is disabled called and told me the air wouldn't come on. When I got home I found they left the unit unplugged .I had to stand on a stool to plug it in ,there is no way my wife could of done it even if she knew what the problem was. They also left a mess on the floor. They kept trying to up sell,I told my wife I would of sent them down the road if what they were doing ,wasn't going to help. I called to speak with the owner and was told he was in a meeting. He needs to have one with his crew

do not use these people! worst experiance ever. all the guy did was bullshit. half ass cleaned my ducts and fireplace. the guy ripped up my air filter told me it was crap and put a crappy medal one in then charged me for it. we have tried for a few weeks now to get them to call us back with no responce. ontop off that i waited 2 weeks for my appointment they didnt show. i had to call them. they appologized said i would get "free" stuff on the next visit which i did not. on the appointment they were late and towards the end of my appointment i told them my husband was on his way and they beat it out of here faster than a bat out of hell. leaving me and my kids to clean up...

Like many others, my company received a coupon in the "val-pak" envelope through the mail. We told them that we had two units, which would be 89x2.

When they arrived, they started upselling immediately. In the end their quoted price was for ~$2,300.

I disputed this quote with their "accountant." She was extremely rude and seemingly couldn't care less. I mentioned the terrible reviews online and she had nothing to say.

Do not trust this company and I will also be immediately throwing the "Val-Pak" away anytime it comes to our mailbox.

Worst service. Actually NO service. I called and scheduled an appointment for Air Duct Cleaning. They gave me a 3 hr window and also honored the coupon I got in the mail. So far so good. Then a day before the appointment they called to confirm the appointment. Great!! But thats where the trouble started. They called back in 30 mins to see if I was open to advance the appointment time by an hour (between 12 and 3 pm). No big deal. I said Ok.

I asked my wife to work from home that day. She waited till 1:45 pm then called me to find out when they may come. I called the company to find out an ETA. The woman on the phone said she would call her technician and then call me back to confirm the time. 25 mins passed. No phone call. I called back and another woman answered the call. She said the same thing. I waited for 10 mins and got a call back. She said the technician cannot make it to my house that day. Instead they would give me a 10% discount and the next available appointment for 25 days out. So if I had not called (twice) my wife would just have kept waiting for the guys to come. When I asked, when were they going to tell me about my cancelled appointment she said something to the order of "Don't shoot the messenger"!!! Un believable!!

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Ignore at all cost. There are tons of other BETTER options.
