Had a great experience with these guys. Our unit is 20+ years old so it required additional cleaning from built up dust, mold and allergens. At a reasonable price we had everything cleaned out including all of our vents. Great work from a professional company!

I'm extremely happy with the service! They cleaned the ducts very well and also my dryer vent , and they gave me the best price in town too! They're also specializing in chimney cleaning- I will definitely use them again , thank you !!!

Don't be fooled by an offer received in the mail to clean your duct work at minimal cost; what this company really wants is an entry into your home where an arm-twisting selling job will be done for their very expensive “bioside/sanitizer” process. Unfortunately, I had that experience.

My wife called requesting that our duct work be cleaned at the cost stated on the company's handbill, which came in the mail. The technicians were not here long before my wife told me they were telling her we needed an additional allergy service she hadn't requested. I came in and told the technician that I only wanted the ducts cleaned since we had no allergies. Despite this initial refusal, the technician insisted on telling me repeatedly why this additional service was beneficial and imperative for us to have done. Not wanting to be rude, I unfortunately continued to listen to his numerous entreaties even after I told him we had no allergies. After a while, he had worn me down, and I foolishly and regretfully agreed to have their unnecessary “bioside/sanitizer” service.

I'm convinced that the handbills sent in the mail are an inducement to get into your home where their expensive allergy service can be sold. You have been warned!

Extremely disappointing that a company will scam people like this... Please don't believe the $89 is to do absolutely nothing. They literally took a brush and vacuum and "cleaned my ducts" ... the $89 is only a ploy to let them in so the sales guy can take pictures and tell you that you have mold and need additional cleaning that costs well over $1500, But wait he can call his boss and try to get you a deal. Once we told him "no not interested" just wanted our ducts cleaned. he became pushy and rude. It's really sad that companies treat hard working people like this.... My only regret is that I didn't read reviews before hiring them.... I read the exact same scenario that happened to me , over and over in the bad reviews on Google and Yelp!

We called this company because we got a coupon in the mail for air duct cleaning for 89$ and they also give a military discount. As soon as they walked in, one guy got right to work on cleaning the vents and put a large vacuum hose in the front room vent. I wish they had showed us what it looked like up there but they didn't take the time to explain what they were doing for what we paid for. HOWEVER, the other guy took LOTS of our time to try to upsell us $1200 worth of services (such as cleaning some things in our inside unit...we may as well buy another if it takes that much to service it), and he was very firm about it. After explaining to him that we don't budget on credit several times, he left after about an hour and a half. We noticed no difference in air quality.
If you want a high pressure salesman in your home, this is the place to call!

Had an appointment yesterday (1p-3p). At 2:20 I get a call to see if they could reschedule. I explained that I needed them to keep the appointment because if my problem wasn't the dryer vent (they had cleaned them 2 months before) that I had a dryer repair company on stand-by to come out today. The girl then told me that their guy was on their way and would be here in an hour. Even though I had explained twice that I had to leave for a meeting at 4 PM I thought I could make it work. 4:35 PM - no show - no call. Finally got to speak with the girl that said their technician was on his way and she says, "Oh, I just got a text from him and he has an emergency with his son". Unreliable - uncommunicative - won't use them or refer them to anyone. A little common courtesy would have been much appreciated if they had no intention of honoring their appointment.

Operates under comfortable air, and allergy free air, terrible customer service. Technicians barely speak English. I recommend you look at their other listing as they have much more in depth reviews of the aweful things this company does to people with absolute lies. Here is my "cleaned" air conditioner in the picture, pretty terrible job for $700 if you asked me. Furthermore the contract they make you sign basically let's them skirt the legal consequences of doing such a pathetic job. Save your money and vacuum your own register boxes, as they don't actually clean your ductwork at all. It's not worth the money to have them take two screws off and vacuum a whole inch into the register box.

DO NOT USE!!! I hired them to clean my dryer duct. (I work from home and was in the middle of a meeting when they came so I was back and forth while they were here.) When I walked outside the first time, one of the workers was on a step ladder which they set up on top of my AC unit. I told them to get down and then I let them use my extension ladder. (They knew they were in the wrong because they both looked at me like deer in headlights when I caught them.) They also allowed the debris that they did clean to fly into my neighbor's yard and into my AC grill. When they left I noticed they didn't clean from the dryer side of the duct. The flex duct from the dryer was never even unhooked and the vent was never accessed from that side. They simply turned the dryer on and tried to clean the duct from the exterior side hoping that the dryer air would push out the lint. They actually ended up pushing a large portion of lint closer to the dryer and we now have a worse blockage than before, as well as a potential FIRE HAZARD. When I asked for a refund I was told they would come out and clean the duct again. I told them not only no - but hell no! Needless to say I now need to hire another company to clean the duct correctly. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Great company! Received a coupon in the mail and called to have my air ducts cleaned out. I was able to book an appt. immediately and the technicians came out earlier than expected and finished the job in a very timely manner. The techs were very professional and knowledgable in letting me know how to properly maintain my unit from here on out! I will definitely call them in the future

Save your money. I got a coupon in the mail for air duct cleaning. They connected a vacuum around one of the air ducts and went around and put a blower on each of the other ducts. They removed none of the registers before attaching the blower/vacuum and no brush or any other tool touched the inside of my ducts. They didn't test the air quality before/after the service so there was no objective way of determining how effective the cleaning was. If anyone has examined the inside of a duct, you'd know you need more than just a blower to get the stuff on the sides of the duct work. They did "test" the air quality afterwords and "gasp" told me I had "black mold" in my unit. I investigated, and the only way to determine the existence of black mold is to test it in a lab. They wanted over $1,000 to remove the "black mold" from all the different components of my air conditioning system. Save your money, save your money, save your money!! They were polite, and courteous. That's as much positive as I can muster.

My wife responded to a coupon for $89.00 duct cleaning. They came in and started a pressure sales tactic to buy a UV light for mold. Additionally, they damaged by duct work and did not even try to fix it or notify me of the air leak they created. Secondly, our home started to get very warm in the afternoon and come to find out, they did not insert the breaker back in the box for the unit to resume operation. I called to complain and asked them to come back out to repair the damage and I have yet to receive a call back. Don't use them or you just get what you pay for. Many regrets.........never again. Now I have to go up to my attic to repair the air leak.

Scheduled a chimney cleaning and a air duct cleaning. Technician decided to open the unit to do a routine inspection and found all kinds of problem with my A/C unit. Problem that were never brought up during the home inspection 6 month earlier. Anyway, that's not the worst part! Prices for those services are not listed anywhere. So its basically up to the tech to make his own pricing. I was verbally quoted $280 for one of the repair (remove mold) and I accepted to do it because the tech scared me with the issue. Then when its time to pay, this service is listed at $360 on the invoice. My word against his... Called the office, and all they cared for was the credit card information.
I ended up paying $600 in total for less that 1.5 hour of labor!
THIS COMPANY IS LITERALLY A SCAM! Stay away

Green Quality Air did an excellent job with the Services. The Technician Yarin did an excellent job. He came in assessed the Dryer Vent conducted basic cleaning and we were please with the service. Overall, would recommend and will return for future service.
