Mike was great explaining my issues and helping fixing a collapsed duct. He also informed me of a potential problem in the future and to get it looked at. He is very knowledgeable and would recommend him and their company for those having duct issues.

Mark, the technician arrived on time he explained that he was going to inspect the the air ducts, and take photographs. Mike came down from the attic and showed me the photographs of our air ducts so that I could see what was going on and showed me the areas of concern walked me through what he suggested be done. I watched him the whole time and he was very thorough as well as professional. If I had questions, he answered them clearly. He also cleaned out our dryer vent, which I thought was clean, but it was incredibly clogged 🔝 he basically saved me from having a future fire in my dryer. I did not know that you should have your air ducts cleaned every two years. I already have green quality air on my schedule for the two year mark. I highly recommend green quality air to anyone and give them a five star rating.

Mike represented his company, Green Quality Air, with all the character and dignity that is hard to find these days. He is a very talented and diligent worker. I’m sure most others would have taken twice as long to do the vent and ductwork cleaning. He was very professional and trustworthy.
I believe his company is worthy of much more business for any future needs. Class act all the way.

Chris & Leslie did an amazing job. They were able to help identify the sources of mold in our home and completely clean it, and install a UV light to prevent any mold for the future. They also did a fabulous job cleaning the chimney and making it look beautiful.

Chris noticed we had a small child, so he was very helpful in explaining the best action plan to take to ensure the quality of the air in my home was safe. He is a very caring man, and his wife Leslie was a pleasure to work with.

I would 100% have Chris and Leslie come by again for a different project. But with the quality of their service, I doubt I would have to call them back to take care of the mold.

I am a 78 year old widow and have lived in my home 24 years. During that time, I never saw a technician work so hard, so thoroughly, so patient with my questions, or so thorough and polite. His name is Michael (Mike) and I highly recommend him for any job you have, big or small. No fear of price gouging or scamming. I checked out prices and I saw immediate results and learned how to take care of day to day practices between thorough cleaning. No more mold or allergens to make us ill and uncomfortable. They came and cleaned our dryer vent and also checked our HVAC vent/plenum. They did a good job. I only used their services for the dryer vent. Mike our tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend them for a similar job or for a duct and sanitation cleaning.

This company sucks had horrible experience with these guys. Never go with them. I signed up with a facebook promo offer for 149$ for both dryer vent and ac duct cleaning. Technician once arrived started on dryer vent and recommended deep cleaning for 320$. As per wife she didnt approve it but the technican thought its approved and went ahead and did it. And billed for 320$ thats when my wife he knew did the work but this is working without proper communication and billing customers.He was reluctant to share any information to talk to the management and even after talking its useless as the company itself is a shitty company. He warned us to call cops if we didnt pay and left the house uncleaned after the job when asked rudely spoke to my wife that he was not here for cleaning. Rudest technician in my 13 yrs im usa. If i was home i could take this to cops but having my wife alone just asked her to pay the bill. Stay away from this company

The technician, Mike (Mikhal) and Tom were awesome. Very knowledgeable and capable of fixing my clogged dryer vent.
As far as cost? We’ll see if it actually fixed my airflow problem. The exit vent is actually on my roof, so we’ll see But as far as their work I rate them five stars

I had an excellent experience with this dryer cleaning company and highly recommend their service. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, everything was smooth and professional. They arrived on time, were very respectful of my home, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.

The technician explained the entire process before starting and showed me how much lint buildup was inside the dryer and vent. I had no idea how much was trapped in there. They were very thorough and made sure every part of the system was properly cleaned, not just the surface areas.

Kept waking up with the house feeling kind of stale, and after the air duct cleaning in san antonio the air finally feels fresh again without that heavy feeling
