I called this company and not even 4 hours later they were out to troubleshoot my issue. I am definitely upgrading my system with them. They were honest and that is what I appreciate about a company! If you ever have AC needs call them!!!!

They came out to service our Mini Split because it had mold. They cleaned it and put in a great UV light to help ensure it doesn’t return! Thank yo for always helping us out!

The crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Removed and replaced existing A/C unit and all ducts. Installed a new return air vent and added 2 new registers to our bathrooms that our current system did not have.
I recommend them without hesitation.

AC unit went out overnight, so I didn't feel the "heat" but I knew exactly who to call. Sam and his guys were ultra responsive and made the repair while I was busy taking care of lawn maintenance. Their upbeat attitudes made for friendly interaction. I now have STCC saved for future tune-ups and maintenance. Thanks Sam!

Initially I had rated them as being professional and friendly because they gave me some tips to maintain my outside unit. One of my 2 ac units was not cooling and they told me it did not need a recharge, that they had checked it. They said my AC was older and would need to be replaced within a year. I had another AC tech come out, 2 months later because it was not cooling at all, and he stated the problem is it needs to be recharged and he did. The AC is now working great.

We're very pleased with our experience with South Texas Climate Control. They installed a new system after we bought an older home with a 21-year-old HVAC that couldn't keep up with the heat. Sam and Julian were always quick to respond to questions and did a great job getting us set up for the summer heat.

I was quoted a reasonable price for the work done and the quote was fully honored even when an unexpected problem arose and another part had to be purchased and installed. The servicemen who did the work communicated well, were thorough with explanations, and respectful of my home and furnishings. I appreciate their work ethic and attention to customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Sam, Chris, and Julian. They were all knowledgeable and eager to do a good job for me at the least possible cost. I highly recommend this company.

Sam and Sergio were great! We had an issue with an ac compressor and was quoted by others to replace the entire system. We went with Sam and Sergio after they came and checked out our ac unit thoroughly and advised us of the actual issue. 2 years ago the compressor was replaced and the system still runs great. We have now hired them for our maintenance as they have gained our trust. We never have heating or ac issues since we have started using them. My family is very thankful.
