I recently had a yearly tune-up and maintenance service performed by South Texas Climate Control LLC. They were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain each step of the process, including why certain issues may have occurred. Despite working in the intense Texas heat, the technicians remained professional and knowledgeable.

The entire job took about 40 minutes, with them working on both the interior and exterior unit. They checked all the components outside for amp readings from the compressor to the capacitor to the contactor, ensuring everything was reading perfectly. They also washed the outside condenser, blew out the drain line, and checked for any loose or burnt wires. Additionally, they inspected the fan and fan motor to make sure they were running correctly. This comprehensive preventative maintenance gave me peace of mind that everything was in perfect working order.

They scheduled an appointment promptly and communicated well, letting me know when they were on their way. I took advantage of a special promotion they were running for the tune-up, which was a great deal!

Their customer service was outstanding—very educational and punctual. I will definitely be contacting them again for all future tune-ups and maintenance needs. Highly recommend South Texas Climate Control LLC!

They haven't returned my call from over a week ago. Zero stars. I had to give it a star to even post, but make no mistake, ZERO stars.

Great company for sales and service of PTAC units. Was pleased to find out that they are also the Amana Warranty Provider for San Antonio and south and central Texas.

I called on a Monday morning and someone was able to come out that afternoon to help me out. It seems that their normal operating procedure is to take your defective unit back to their shop for repair, but they do leave you a loaner unit so you don't just have a hole in the wall. By Wednesday they were able to return my repaired unit back to me.

They are listed on the Amana website as a servicer (the only one in fact) and were able to do my repairs all under warranty.

Unit was fixed on 10th June as mention date on pic. stopped working 6-7 weeks so call them to fix it and refused saying it was 30 days warranty only although previously it was told 90 days. BELOW IS REPLY FROM OWNER.

(1/2) Been more than 30 day not covered warranty was for 30 days . Need to dispose of unit not worth repairing. Not sending no one to pick unit up NOT SERVICI
