Travis was able to make it out to me on the same day I called when my unit wasn't working. There's a chance I might need a new unit, so I'm happy to get a bid from them. I feel I'm getting honest service.

Having issues again with a previous installed Lenox unit. House was not cooling. Thomas came out same day told us what was wrong and after having so many issues with a proprietary unit we decided to replace. The price was very good. Work was done very professional. Cleaned up the mess the last company made. They were even able to come out and install before planned. Everyone was very nice and professional. I am so glad we chose Travmar Air Conditioning.

Thanks to his knowledge & experience we were able to solve a few issues with our very elaborate variable speed air unit(Bosch).
Thomas listened to my concerns,
He explained how things work and how things don’t work and was able to educate me during the process as he changed and modified a few things.
At any time during his visit was I uncomfortable nor did he try to just collect his service call and leave.
He took his time to perfect his craft and for that I am thankful.

Thomas was great! He came when he said he was, very informative, and let me know exactly what he was gonna do and what the cost was up front. He finished quickly and stayed to make sure the house was cool before he left. So grateful that he could come and take care of our issue the same day I called. Service is top notch! Thomas was able to schedule me in the day I called and arrived to the house 30mins after the call. He quickly identified the issue with our A/C and had it repaired all within a very short period and at a fair price. I have used the company several times and have even referred family to use Travmar.

They were so patient and kind. We had lots of questions and they took the time to explain everything until we felt comfortable. They were fantastic at communicating with us and did a wonderful job. They got us in quickly and I never felt pressured about any of the decisions. I would 100% recommend them to everyone!
