Job was done quick but left my yard in a bad mess. They left concrete chunks all over, took a chuck out of my Oak tree, broke limbs off my rose bush, made deep gashes on my sidewalk,(which they had to replace along with my rose bush) l had to call over and over again, leaving messages and never got a call back so I started calling supervisors and texting and leaving voice messages until someone eventually got back to me. Still waiting for workers to clear out the cement out of my yard. I do have to say that a supervisor named Allen was great he did everything he could to get things done that needed to be done (not exactly fast enough but he was the only one who seemed liked he really cared). Would I recommend Will Fix It to someone, uh NO!!!

I had Travis and he was awesome. Kept me well informed, knew what he was doing. Completed the job quick and very efficiently. If you do ever need a fix as for him if that’s an option and he’ll take great care of you.

Overall, we had good experience with the company.
Highly recommended Dustin for plumbing. Dustin is top notch rep that went above and beyond to help us out with cracked pipe. Super knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t feel like he was trying upsell us anything. -
Water heater went out.. Set up an appointment to come out online at 2am.. Rep called at 7:30. Tech was out by 10am.. Electricians and plumbers were here by 2 and out the door by 4:30. Thank you guys for great business

Omg I had the worst experience this last time. I keep calling for you guys to fix my unit after ya'll made me pay for a new compressor and still everytime you come out for a tune up something is an issue. Stop paying your techs by commission because that's what makes them disconnect wires and leave loose wires on our units. Then make us think we need to pay 300 to 400 jobs when yall come out. I need a refund on my last service of Jan 29th. I'll be calling your main office the last guy charged me 380 for a bogus job when he disconnected 2 wires in my air handler and all it needed was cleaning. When I refused to get it fixed he left them disconnected. I will look into reporting you to bba and legal matters as well. This is crazy! He charged my home depot card knowing he was a dnag liar no shame at all to take from a family. If your techs don't make enough money there they can get a 2nd job or even a third. Its horrible to take form innocent people who trust the company all for commission.

I called will fix it about a clogged drain line. A technician came out and when I explained my problem he said he would run a camera thru the line and it would be $625 and if he had to auger the line it wouldn’t cost any more. During the process he had me watch and periodically he would say things he thought were happening. He would ask for my confirmation and I would say I don’t see what he’s talking about. I’m not a plumber so I’m not accustomed to looking at the camera images. After finishing he told me I would need a tunnel excavated under my foundation and repairs costing $40,000! I told him before I would jump into a project like that I would have to talk to someone else. He asked who I would talk to I said another plumber. When I spoke to others they asked to see pics of the problems. I called will fix it customer service within 2 hours of the tech leaving. They put me on hold and came back on the line saying they contacted the tech and he was on a job and would send pics later. By late afternoon I hadn’t received anything so I called customer service again and they said they would escalate. The tech called me the next morning and said he was returning my call. I told him I just needed pics and he said he didn’t have any and they would cost more. I told him he didn’t offer me that option so I needed someone to come back at no additional cost or return my $625. He started making excuses and I just asked for his mgr’s name. Of course when you call you only get customer service. They did send another tech and told me a mgr would call. No mgr called. The next tech did the camera but said I would have to take pictures of his camera screen because they didn’t have the capability to supply pics. The pics on my phone were of no use because his camera had cracks in the lens which appeared in virtually every pic. I don’t trust this company enough to commit to a job like that on someone’s word but no physical evidence to back that up. I’m having my bank protest the charge so I’ll see how that works out. It’s basically a waste of $625 and would certainly be a poor testimonial for a company to feel like they actually earned that money.

i purchased & had a new heating & air conditioning unit installed thu Will Fix It last month. My new unit is just over a month old. A week ago, I noticed the heat was not working. I called them & they got a tech out the same day. The tech "fixed" the issue. i thought this was great, until....during the cold front that TX recieved, my heat once again was not working. I called them Saturday. They scheduled a tech to come out Sunday between 8am & 12pm. Not ideal, but I understand they are probably busier than usual during this cold front. alas, I patiently wait until morning so someone could fix my heat. Here is where my disappointment lies, a tech never showed up during my scheduled appointment time. I called Will Fix It almost an hour after my scheduled time to ask for an update. I was told by the phone rep they would contact dispatch & dispatch would get me an update. another 2 hours go by and still nothing. I call again & ask what is going on? There has been no communication whatsoever. No hey we will be late. No hey, we aren't going to make it and need to reschedule. Nothing. Its now Monday and I've spent the entire coldest weekend of this year inside an extremely cold house. While this is a huge inconvenience for me, I will survive and I’m thankful that I don’t have young kids or elderly people living with me. I am highly disappointed in the company's lack of communication. Not to mention that my new equipment is only a month old & I should NOT be experiencing issues with it. I am not impressed & would not recommend this company to anyone.
PS Will Fix It responded to this post. Provided a number to their Quality Assurance Manager. I left a voicemail & I sent a text to the number. They have not contacted me. -
I recently called We Fix It to handle a repair in my home, and the experience was outstanding. From the initial call to the completion of the job, everything was smooth and professional. Technician Carlos arrived right on time, introduced himself, and went straight to work. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
Carlos took the time to explain the issue in plain language and outlined his plan to fix it, which I really appreciated. He worked efficiently, kept the workspace tidy, and when he was finished he walked me through what was done and answered all my questions. The repair was completed quicker than I expected, and the final cost matched what we discussed up-front—no surprise fees or hidden charges.
Overall, thanks to Carlos and the team at We Fix It, I feel confident in the quality of work and would absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend this company and ask for Carlos if you need a reliable technician who knows his stuff. -
I was shocked at the thoroughness of the service man. He checked in promptly at 2 o’clock and didn’t leave till a few minutes before 5 o’clock. He found a number of issues with my unit, explained each one in detail and gave me the cost to repair. He was even able to repair a few items himself. This was an annual maintenance service so there was no charge to me! I will continue using “WILL-FIX-IT” Because of their professionalism and reasonable fees.

Christian with the Plumbing department was the best.
Showed up quick, did an amazing job, and was super helpful in teaching me new plumbing information.
I will definitely be trying to use him again in the future for any plumbing issues my family has. 5 stars -
I am sooooo happy right now. My drain is working. The window I was given was from 12:00-4:00 pm, but the specialist arrived before that time. I was also amazed that he came on Christmas Eve. He was very neat while working with drain. I am very impressed. I’m calling to get my electrical stuff checked next. Thank you WELL” fix it. Thank you Joel Valencia.

Chris Andrews arrived at my house promptly and did an amazing job fixing my broken pipe. He was very efficient and professional and caring in his concern for me to not fall or slip on the ice and water. He made me feel confident that I was being taken care of by an honest and professional plumber and I would definitely call Will Fix It again, if I have any plumbing repairs that need to be fixed.

The technician was at my house for no more than a minute and told me I needed a new hot water tank because there was water in my tray… never asked to check the breaker or even opened the panels to the tank to see if there was an issue with the heating element. He quoted the lowest at $3,260. I’m not a stupid woman so I told him no and I got a second opinion. Turns out the breaker was tripped and the lower heating element was shot and had holes in it causing a leak. Drained the tank and replaced that heating element for $30!! It’s working perfectly!

I called WillFitIt because of an advertisement for a Spring A/C Tuneup. Upon arrival and inspection of my A/C, it was noted to be a 2014 model and still performing well. However, the repairman immediately tried to sell me a new system. After inspecting my unit, I was told the system was operating within norms however, the “subsystem?” seemed low on Freon. The cost of the “410A” Freon was over $500. for the first pound and approximately $250. for each additional pound. I’m sorry folks, I find that insanely expensive. I declined to have the Freon added and hope to find another business that can offer it at a cheaper price.
On the positive side, they dispatched a truck rapidly and the technician was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The great price was the advertised $40. Other services offered were expensive -
Outstanding! We called Will Fix It to get our furnace tuned up and air filter changed as we recently moved into our new home. We called to schedule service on Monday morning, 2/16 and Larry was here and finished by 11:30 the same day! Larry was meticulous on our furnace tuned up and also checked our A/C unit as well- which needed a new capacitor. Highly recommend.

Dean was fantastic. He provided a thorough evaluation of our leaking washer and was able to give me a reasonable quote and follow up plan. I really appreciated his knowledge and expertise.

About a year ago, my HVAC system kept shutting off randomly. “We Will Fix It” came out and replaced an old floating safety switch — the device that’s supposed to shut off the A/C if the condensation drain line starts to flood. For about 10–11 months after that, everything seemed fine.
Then one day, I noticed water dripping from the ceiling. It turns out the new safety switch had been wired incorrectly, so it never shut off the A/C when the drain line flooded, completely defeating its purpose. As a result, my ceiling has leaked multiple times, leaving a large water stain and likely hidden damage inside the ceiling.
I’ve called “We Will Fix It” multiple times — several before the warranty expired and several after. Each time, I’m told that management will call me back. No one ever has. The representative says my concerns are “noted,” but I’ve been waiting for months without a single follow-up.
This issue was caused by their mistake, and I’ve made it clear that they should fix both the wiring error and the damage it caused. So far, nothing. The repair wasn’t cheap, and now I’ll probably have to pay to repair the ceiling myself.
I’d like to see how “We Will Fix It” handles this situation after this review. Stay tuned… -
I’ve been using Will Fix it, and Daniel was awesome! Knew how to use his equipment and explain to me the issues fairly quickly. He was honest all the way through and provided great options. I’ve used a lot of plumbers and he’s up there. He doesn’t feed you bull crap and is all about solving the problem and providing the best solutions.

Just to forewarn anyone in the market for a new hvac system, prices have gone way up. At first I couldn’t believe the prices, but after multiple quotes, everyone was the in the same ballpark as the other. Will Fix It was really the only one willing to work with me on price, and the products they carry are name brand so I felt safe working with them. Their warranties, same day service guarantees and quick installation were also bonuses. I installed in July and the system has been working beautifully. The installers were professional and careful of my property. They took their time and did a great job. Initially it took a while for the system to cool down the house, they came right back out that day and adjusted it. They -Dale in particular-are very responsive and have a dedicated personal team to your system to call any time there is a need. I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone looking for a replacement system. I generally have reservations doing so - it seems to be a rather cut throat industry (almost like a time share sales experience) but these guys were low pressure and helpful in explaining answers to all of my questions. I feel very comfortable leaving them 5 stars!

Jesse came over and assessed and adressed the situation in a friendly and professional manner. I have an older home and he explained what was needed and things to keep an eye out for. I now have the correct size toilet for our home and works great.
