Just had my water heater replaced, and, while admittedly the price was steep, I’ve had multiple service visits for the guys to come out and bring my water heater situation up to code. It was multiple visits by well trained, very professional men and everything is going smoothly. Well, worth it for the peace of mind

Had one good experience when I used their inspection services from HomeDepot. Tech was nice and explained issues/potential issues to us. The tech was nice enough to also give me some cost saving pointers. The issue I had recently was as a repeat customer where one of my tenants reported low heat and due to low technician resources my appointment was rescheduled for next day (understandable but still not really). The main issue was when I was flying back home they completely canceled my tenants appointment because they could not contact me to confirm someone was home. This was during a winter storm btw and left my tenant with little to no heat. I understand this may be policy, but I specifically mentioned it was for a tenant and they not once asked for their phone number in the case they cannot reach me. I realize I could have offered that info but I also didn’t know they had that policy so I was unfortunately unable to read their mind during this occasion. I’m sure this company will continue doing just fine when the weather is perfect outside and when you aren’t left having to assume their policies.

Btw, I just had the tune up service within three months and of course the warranty is only for one month so kinda sucks that they didn’t catch the issue ahead of time- which was the whole purpose of the tune up and inspection.

After arriving home around 5:30 pm last night, I realized the AC was on but not cooling the house. I called Will Fix It, and they had a young gentlemen named Justin come out within an hour. Justin was professional and ensured he had checked everything so we wouldn't have any surprises after he left. He found the problem, fixed it, and by 8 pm, our house was already feeling better. Thank you, guys, for being so efficient. We will definitely be looking into your membership program and will be using you guys again!

I am still reeling over my newest interaction with a plumbing expert from Will-Fix-It. I signed a service agreement with Will-Fix-It when I lived in my previous residence for 7 years. I always enjoyed my transactions with this company. The technicians were accommodating and they worked with me on finding solutions that fit my budget but covered cost. I have used them for plumbing and HVAC issues often. I moved into a new house and have a lot of tasks that require the expertise of a plumber. This is what I needed: guest tub/shower combination - when the nob was pushed to change from faucet to shower, the faucet still had water running through that, I had countertops in my kitchen and laundry room replaced - I needed the faucets and garbage disposal reconnected. I had a rocking toilet in one room and a rotating toilet in another and I needed the temperature adjusted to allow the water to run hotter in showers, etc. From the moment we looked at the guest tub/shower combination, all the technician said was we would have to break down walls to look at pipes to see if there are issues to avoid leaks, my faucets were not a good brand, they are cheap and will leak, the faucet, sprayer and handle in my kitchen are outdated and I would never find that type of faucet (I found five I could have delivered this week that match exactly what I have) so I needed something different and it would be a BIG job, the rocking toilet is a standard repair but it would be super expensive, the rotating toilet was installed wrong and they would have to dig through the floor to reinstall the whole thing - REALLY BIG JOB and super expensive and the resetting the temperature is also costly. Never offered to discuss other solutions, it was all an Armageddon plumbing job that I could never possibly afford. I've had leaky faucets worked on by this company before - it has been years - and it was an easy job. He made grand assumptions without even really looking at the issues. He clearly did not want to do the job. I am so disappointed. I called the company to complain and to see if we can rectify. The complaint had to be escalated. I'm willing to see what we can do to work through this but I can't get over how horrible this technician was with me. I have a sneaky suspicion if my husband was present instead of just being me, it would have been a different conversation.

Dustin was very helpful, explained what he was doing and went above and beyond to install our new water heater. Going to call them for all our future plumbing issues. Wonderful very personable service

The initial experience was stressful as they moved my appointment back after I had scheduled it 2 weeks out. I was extremely concerned it would be pushed back again but I really needed the heater working in my new home.

Once the tech arrived, Stevie, his knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness turned the entire experience around to a positive. He is amazing and helped me understand my options. AMAZING!

Super expensive, But they have helped bring my water heater situation up to code during multiple visits, after initial install installation. Very professional and knowledgeable men come out and help take care of the situation so in a lot of ways it’s worth a Peace of mind.

I highly recommend it if you can afford it.

They came. They were on time. The service team and sales people could not have been more accommodating. They were knowledgeable…fast and accurate in installation. The price for this quality product was better than other bids. What a great job from Zac and Hector…they were very efficient. What a blessing!!!!

Larry was complete, professional and explained everything. However the only negative part was during the analysis, the repair sheet said my capacitor was out of range. The sheet said a 68uf and the uf rating was 70 uf +\-6%. Well within limits. Estimate was $309.00 to replace. This tactic was trying to get me to buy something I didn’t need. These capacitors are average $14-20 on Amazon for the same one. So the markup is about 22.6 times the original cost.
I elected not change this part.

“Will Fix It” sent two installers to setup my new hvac system. They were very knowledgeable and professional. “Will Fix It” responded to my call on the same day. They have done follow up visits twice at my request to review and answer my questions without hesitation or delays. They made my home comfortable.

On Oct 27th I had technicians Ramel Franklin and Mr. Eric Board instal all new heating and cooling system for my house. This is a shout out to them and Mr Chris Smith for helping to get this done. I am amazed and how PERFECT this went how outstanding these men were, not only for the instal but putting up with me looking over there shoulders and asking lots of questions. I shopped a few companies and found out the hard way a name just means more money. Chris made my choice easy and affordable hands down. Warrantys on all the products and not an extra penny for the upgrade. Absolutely impressed with this purchase.

​We had a huge plumbing issue, and I am so grateful I contacted this company last night!
​Their customer service was excellent from the very start. I called late yesterday evening, around 7:00 PM. The call center representative, Mr. Mac, was extremely professional and even provided their name and badge number. He put me on a brief hold and scheduled a technician to be dispatched first thing this morning.
​Mr. Ramon was the plumber who came out, and he was absolutely fantastic.

We had a problem with a leaky toilet in our master bath. Will Fix It sent a plumber to our house within an hour of my call. David quickly assessed the problem, and cleaned and fixed the loose hose that was responsible for the leak. We were charged a reasonable fee, and were very happy with the quick response and knowledgeable repair. This was our first time using Will Fix It. Our neighbor recommended them, and we will happily use them again. Highly recommend

The worst possible experience EVER! They showed up 2 hours late. The tech was Josh and he was kind but we were told they would call us or email us of the work that would be done and NOTHING!! I had to call them and even THEY said someone would reach out to me and NOTHING! It’s been 3 days of having to turn off the water to avoid high cost water bill. They took our 100 dollars for coming out with a flash light and telling us we had a leak. (Something we already knew)
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We are now calling another company. Thanks for nothing Aramendia!!

Mike and Chris were knowledge which helped me to understand the value of this investment. More importantly, they were professional, courteous, and effective during this installation. They also performed a professional home inspection and maintenance of my whole home HVAC system which is important to year round performance of my HVAC system. I can't thank them enough for their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Raymond Zertuche serviced our air-conditioning unit. He deserves a 5 Star review for his competency, technical expertise and ability to communicate in layman's terms the purpose of what he does in checking the equipment and why it's important. In addition to his "can do attitude" and courtesy, he is also very patient to willingly explain and answer our questions. Because of this, we opted for an upgrade in the filtration system for which he installed. Should you have a choice in who services your unit, I highly recommend Raymond.

I have had my water heater, ac, and garbage disposal all done my aramendia. Every time they have been polite, efficient, and competent. When the city inspector came to check the ac installation he said it was the first one to pass all day. I clearly use them for everything and they do a fantastic job. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Art and Brian did a great job on replacing my unit. They took the time to cover the floor to protect it and took the added steps to make sure the unit was installed correctly. They cleaned up after themselves and the unit is working great.

Ty came out to the house this afternoon to do regular system maintenance on my HVAC system. He was on time, serviced the system, answered any and all questions I had, and explained to me everything he was doing as he did it. Every experience I have had with Aramendia has been positive and professional. Thank you.
