I thought my 20 year old A/C had drawn it's final breath. I was calling around for pricing on a new unit and Brian with Galaxy was confident that he could get it running with no trouble. He offered to troubleshoot/diagnose for a very modest fee and if it was indeed a lost cause, he would provide me competitive prices for a range of options. I let him get to it and about 20 minutes later cold air begins blowing at my back! I couldn't believe it! He explained the issue and what he had done to fix it. The cost was more than fair, so I asked him to look at my mini splits, which had been installed by a contractor from Facebook marketplace but quickly leaked out. I had tried with much difficulty to find a tech to work on my mini splits, but the only 2 I ever found both refilled the refrigerant and claimed to fix the leak, but the unit ran dry after just a few weeks. Brian fixed the leak, and even crawled underneath my pier and beam home from front to back to inspect every inch of refrigerant line to check for any other possible leaks. Finding just the one, he committed to returning for a refill and adjustment if there were any problems with the fix that he made. Top notch service, fair pricing and did I forget to mention it was same day service!!! As long as I can get Galaxy on the phone, I'll never call another A/C company!

Thomas was very professional. He serviced our old ac units. One of our units in the attic was dripping water into the pan. He helped vacuum it out and clean it up. He also added Freon.
